For your convenience, we also provide complimentary notepads, pens, mints, iced water, and hand sanitiser.

We stayed at this hotel for a long-term stay due to medical reasons, and it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Since the change in ownership, I’ve noticed great improvements, including new TVs, outdoor chairs, and other upgrades, making the stay even better. Any requests were attended to immediately, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location is very convenient. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and care. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for long-term stays.
Excellent spot in Brisbane! Stayed 2 nights for a work trip and loved the location. Very safe at night. Handy having amazing food places close by. The service was great. The apartment was good, but not what I would call clean. Very comfy bed and although I was on level 2, the noise didn't disturb my sleep. Would stay again. Recommended.
Good location with access to public transport and plenty of restaurants nearby. It made exploring the area super easy. A few things could have been better — we weren’t told there’d be no room cleaning over the long weekend (the room rate remained the same). A receptionist unfortunately came across as a bit unfriendly when I asked for fresh towels and when we asked general questions (felt as if we were being inconvenient). Also, the lift and hallways could’ve been tidier.
The room is ok but what I really liked was the service. I forgot my toothbrush and I figured the majority of hotels would not be able to help me. I gambled calling reception and they actually managed to find one last dental health kit for me. Managed to get toothpaste, toothbrush and floss. Thank you so much!
The studio apartment itself was great—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff were neither welcoming nor accommodating, which really affected the overall experience. Additionally, the extra charges felt unreasonable. Charging a significant amount for the stay and then adding a fee for parking at check-in made no sense. On top of that, holding $200 as a security deposit felt excessive. I’ve had a much better experience at Quest Eight Mile Plains and would recommend that location over this one.
