We were so pleased with our recent stay at your establishment. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was immaculately clean and surprisingly spacious. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the peaceful ambiance throughout our visit. The service provided by the staff was consistently polite and efficient. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a delightful experience with a varied and delicious menu. We appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and relaxing getaway.

We had the most amazing stay at Quay West Suites for our 15 year anniversary. Our apartment was super clean, spacious, with a gorgeous view. We had breakfast included, which was delicious with many choices st the buffet. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. We loved every minute of our week long stay and highly recommend this hotel, with a beautiful location.

This place was absolutely fantastic! My mum and I stayed for the Rob Thomas concert. The staff were incredible, so lovely and gave us an awesome room upgrade - free of charge! The room was beautiful, so spacious and the views from the balcony were amazing. It was so close to flinders street too. We will definitely, definitely be back. Thanks for having us💗

From the time we walked in through to checking out, our stay at quay west was flawless. The suite was great, all the amenities you could possibly want were there. They even had a cordless charger in the room. The pool, gym and spa were an amazing spaces to use and the service was impeccable. Overall I can’t fault anything and we will definitely be staying here again

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 5 nights. Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Our slight issues were we felt the bed was way too soft. Quite bad for the older folks. And would have preferred a handle shower in the toilets and not only rainfall. Otherwise everything else were perfect for us. TV had many channels which was awesome too.
