Great for early flights. Fresh and clean. Left my charger there to never see it again. Never showed up in lost property, and I contacted them twice. Can be pricey for one night. I stay prior to early flights if I can get it at a good price. Staff are happy and helpful. Ordered room service and it was good. Easy self check in and out.
It is essential for potential guests to be informed prior to booking that construction work, including drilling and hammering, begins as early as 7 AM and continues until check-out at 9 AM. While the rooms are clean, they appear semi-finished, with visible concrete cracks and exposed plaster. Additionally, the hotel lacks key amenities such as a gym, as it is still in the process of completion. The reception area is a temporary setup with limited space, accommodating only two guests at a time, which may result in waiting. For the price, I found the overall experience underwhelming. However, the convenience of being within walking distance to the airport was a definite advantage. For a fully enjoyable stay, I recommend waiting until the construction is complete.
Very convenient; next to terminal. Rooms are nice and quiet, with large flat screen TV and a comfortable bed. While there, they were renovating the 2nd floor, but the noise wasn't bad. They have a bar and dining area on the ground floor.
This property never disappoints in all departments. The rooms are nicely appointed, and very clean. I love the decor, celebrating everything about an airport. Screens with updated arrival and departures adjacent to the bar, and late night snacks available at reception. The staff go the extra distance to make sure each stay is very enjoyable. The food is always extremely good, and very well priced. We just love the Atura Airport Adelaide.
I have some thoughts. First of all, this is a super easy hotel to get to and from the airport. Late flight or early morning flight, this is the spot to stay. It’s clean and convenient. However, I have a few issues…. The first problem is the restaurant. If you want fresh/healthy food after eating bad airplane food, the on-site restaurant isn’t it. I watched the cook take a bag of frozen food out of the freezer and cook it. So if you’re expecting fresh food, don’t get it here. This second problem is actually a real issue because I can’t shower after two days of travel because there is no lotion in the hotel room. We travel internationally often and of all the travel we have done, today was the first day I came across a hotel that does not offer lotion in the hotel room. Minor inconvenience to some but it’s actually VERY important to women after they shower and shave. It’s also important to people of color. They have a little “shop” downstairs that sells headache pills, chips, etc. but sadly, no lotion to even purchase there either.
