This property never disappoints in all departments. The rooms are nicely appointed, and very clean. I love the decor, celebrating everything about an airport. Screens with updated arrival and departures adjacent to the bar, and late night snacks available at reception. The staff go the extra distance to make sure each stay is very enjoyable. The food is always extremely good, and very well priced. We just love the Atura Airport Adelaide.
We look forward to returning! Accommodated every request. Travelling with my family for work can be difficult but this location has it all. Generous size rooms, impeccable service from the welcome team and restaurant/dining. Incredibly convenient, affordable and bursting with culture, it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel - it’s designed purposefully, very unique. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed the hospitality dining both in the evening and for breakfast. It’s fascinating watching the planes yet you can barely hear anything with phenomenal sound proofing.
It's convenient, being based right next to the terminal. The website looks flashy and the hotel seems newish, but it didn't quite live up to expectations. We arrived to the news that there was no water until 11pm. So no showers, no toilet flushing. We were offered a discount on dinner to make up for it, which would have been nice if we hadn't already eaten. No other discount was offered for what I would call a fairly major incovenience. The room was absolutely tiny, but that was expected. Still, not a great layout when trying to deal with luggage. Terrible lighting as well - quite dark in the middle 'seating area' where you might actually want some light to do things. The bathroom was spotless, but the main room was grubby round the edges with acres of dust behind the bedside tables. There was definite lack of usable plug sockets near the bed. The bed was comfortable enough, and it was quiet enough to get a decent sleep. The restaurant/bar area was OK, but basic. We'd stay again, just because of the location, but we thought it was a bit overpriced for what it actually delivered.
Friendly, helpful staff. I only stayed one night as I had an early flight. I found the very modern style slightly unusual - my room's ceiling was raw concrete with a large yellow circle on it. The room was large enough for me, but I wouldn't want to stay longer than a night or with children. The room was extremely quiet. I never hear any planes or other vistiors. There was no luggage rack which was annoying. Considering the room was modern-looking, it's a pity the shower rose was disappointing. It would be great if a personal mirror was included so make-up could be more easily applied. The bed is THE most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in! I'd love to know the brand of the mattress (I forgot to look). I had the buffet breakfast which was very nice. The hotel is very close to the airport. It took me approx 5 mins to casually walk to the departure area. I check-out online which was a easy, fast process.
Super convenient location for an early morning flight, incredibly sound proof room and super comfortable beds. But the negative air pressure in the room caused a god awful smell to emit from the drains periodically. Need to get that looked at.
