I had the pleasure of staying at Stamford Grand Adelaide Hotel, during our recent business conference, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their professional and friendly service. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed – perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The conference facilities were top-notch – spacious rooms, excellent AV equipment, and everything we needed for a smooth and successful event. The catering provided during breaks was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great variety for all dietary preferences. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions, making downtime enjoyable. Overall, my experience was seamless, and I will definitely be returning for future events.

Just had a beautiful lunch here with my elderly mum for her birthday. We had the Singaporean menu which was delicious and the chef even gave us free cake with ice cream for mums birthday. The venue is stunning with nice relaxing music, not too loud. Jasmine our waitress was awesome. Very friendly, attentive and courteous. Mum lives a few doors away so we will definitely be back :)

During the Christmas break, we returned to Adelaide for a week-long stay at the Stamford Grand in Glenelg. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with exceptional professionalism and warmth, setting a positive tone for our visit. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat. While the hotel has a timeless charm, it is the outstanding customer service and attention to detail that truly stand out. Having stayed at this hotel for 20 years, I noticed significant improvements, likely due to new management. The Grand Bar on the ground floor has been revitalized, bringing back its former vibrancy as a popular summer destination. The staff and senior management exemplify world-class service, making every guest feel valued. I look forward to booking another stay.

I’ve stayed here a few times using the day use. From 10am to 5pm I pay $160. Always had great rooms with beautiful views. However I don’t expect to leave after 3 hours because I can’t stand the drilling and maintenance happening in the room next to me. Told them at checkout I couldn’t stand the noise and all I got was ‘sorry’ Very expensive 3 hours 😡

The service throughout our stay was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. The hotel restaurant, The Promenade, offered fantastic dining, with high-quality food and a lovely atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was experiencing the New Year’s Eve fireworks and celebrations on the jetty right from the comfort of our room. It truly felt like a front-row seat to the best show in town! The hotel’s direct beach and pool access added even more convenience and luxury to our experience, allowing us to enjoy Glenelg’s beautiful coastline effortlessly. Another plus was the proximity to the shops on Jetty Road, which made exploring the local area easy and enjoyable. Overall, the Stamford Grand Hotel Glenelg provided the perfect blend of comfort, location, and exceptional service. It was the ideal place to celebrate the New Year, and we would happily return in the future!
