The Stag (formerly The Stag Inn (est. 1849) and The Stag Hotel (1902)) is rich in history, not only is it an iconic SA venue but it’s a place of culture. The upstairs function areas boast the best parkland views in Adelaide, as well as that of busy and boutique Rundle Street. We proudly celebrate local produce and actively look to reduce the distance from paddock to plate. This is something we love to share with everyone who comes in. We support South Australian businesses so they support us. We are fiercely local. We use nothing but quality ingredients for our menu items, we aim to make everything in the house and select only the best local wines, beers and spirits to be a part of our drink offering. We are in the business of selling good times, so join us for your next function or event. We have three areas available to host your next function, whether that be corporate social events, birthdays or exhibitions.
