Stayed six nights,, location is perfect, easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel restaurant serves a good breakfast. Rooms are really well designed, warm and cosy. Great showers, comfy bed. We were looked after really well. Would definitely stay here again.

From the first step my husband and I landed into this hotel it was an exceptional experience. Great customer service and great food at the Belvedere (Salmon and Steak) was delicious. Hotel atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning in future. Keep it up!!

We recently stayed at Vibe and have no complaints. The location is handy, but the whole area around the hotel feels seedy. The food was good from the restaurant and the service very good. There's a few small things that could be improved. The hot water in the shower does not hold it's temperature. It oscillates between scorching and cold, our tea wasn't topped up each day with the room clean, the room wifi and Chromecast doesn't work and there's only two lifts for the whole building. But overall a good stay.

VERY BAD SERVICE AND SAFETY 1. I called up receptionist and asked for toothbrush as housekeeping did not provide. Subsequently I went to shower and left my shower door open because I wanted to hear the door knock and receive my toothbrush. To my Horror I was waiting for quite sometime in the shower and heard the door CLOSE. I came out and I saw the toothbrush on my sofa. SOMEONE DID NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR, OPENED IT, CAME IN AND PLACE THE TOOTHBRUSH THERE WHILE I WAS SHOWERING W THE DOOR OPEN. WHAT KIND OF SAFETY AND PROFESSIONALISM IS THIS?!! DO THEY PRACTICE JUST COMING INTO GUEST ROOMS WITHOUT KNOCKING AND CHECKING?! 2. Earlier on I came into my room and there were room service food and plates outside. Either they did not clear from the previous guests or someone just placed it outside my room. I told the receptionist about it and they said they will remove it. It’s been HOURS now and it’s still outside. I see their own staff walking up and down the corridor and NO ONE BOTHERS TO REMOVE IT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
