I like their exhibition space, it’s free for students and visitors. They also have a cafe serving coffee for about 3 dollars which is amazing nowadays. They have a Sci Fi exhibition going on which you guys can check it out, lots of interactive spaces and cool art displays.
Such lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. A nice place to visit. You get to explore science and art put together. Many stunning pieces of artwork. Huge space with so much to offer. New cafe onsite as well which offers a nice range. The pasta was delicious and our coffees were too. Also the pastrami sandwich was so good. Service was lovely as well.
A bit overrated gallery, in my opinion. I may be wrong. But that is what you get as free service. I could not see much of science. There were displays on old eastern mythical rituals, some display on why Asians are not represented in Hollywood movies (so what?) Why are Western people not represented in Chinese movies? These are not a good theme of science gallery. Please focus on science and not on political agenda or unscientific eastern black magic. Don't waste Australian tax payers money on non scientific stuff. I am not Australian but I found this as waste. Will add photos later.
It is a very thought-provoking place. Really makes you think about what we are doing to the planet . Staff are absolutely fantastic and full of information
This is still a relatively new venue in town but I have already seen a couple of interesting and original exhibitions there. It’s halfway between an art gallery and a science museum, and that’s a great mix, definitely thought-provoking.
