We had our post-elopement/wedding party at Aunty Kim's and had an excellent experience! The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the planning process. The space itself is stunning, very elegant with an industrial/goth feel but warm and inviting. There were heaps of layout options, we had a great mix of seating and dance floor. The food was amazing, bubbles and oysters on arrival which was a lovely touch, then the ultimate grazing table with multiple things roaming. The layout, timing and quality of the food was perfect. The walk through of the venue before the event was very helpful and confirmed that Michelle was across every detail. We had drag performers and a DJ set up which all ran super smoothly. The staff we interacted with during the planning and the event were fantastic. They made an effort to ensure inclusivity and a safe environment and really made our event special. As a queer couple, this was very important to us and we felt we were in very safe and capable hands. The price point is also very competitive and great value. Would absolutely recommend Aunty Kim's for an event!

I recently had the pleasure of shooting a wedding at this stunning venue - Aunty Kims, and I couldn't be more impressed. The decor was absolutely beautiful and exuded an elegant charm that set the perfect atmosphere for the wedding reception. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of with a smile. It was a joy to work in such a well-organized and lovely setting. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories on their special day!

We hosted a hen's party with cocktail making and banquet lunch - 20 people. The team were so helpful and responsive from start to finish with organising everything. On the day we were able to configure and decorate as we liked. I had some concerns that the space would feel large for 20 people, but it allowed for lots of standing and chatting, with a separate space for cocktail making and lunch. The food and drinks were great, the staff were lovely and accomodating, and I can't recommend Aunty Kim's highly enough for a special event.

The AK team are exceptional. Maddie is very organised and accommodating and made sure everything was stress free. On the night, Maddie, Alex and the rest of team were fantastic with setting up, service and with the guests. Everyone had a great time - people who don't drink were enjoying cocktails and everyone left extra stuffed with delicious food. Would love another excuse to come back to Aunty Kim's!
