Excellent service by the Manager Mark and the food was and is absolutely amazing. I had the King Avo Parma tonight and it was exceptional. Also had the pleasure of meeting the chef in person her name is Shanta. The food and service here at Shopping town Doncaster is always exceptional that's why we come here every week. If you havent been here then i highly recommend that you come you will not be disappointed. Have since gone back a few times and been also served by A Andrew and Gabi who have been very attentive friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service.

We recently celebrated our son’s 21st birthday in the Garden Bar, with the stunning city skyline as the backdrop — and it was absolutely perfect. All our family and friends had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, the setting was beautiful, and the atmosphere was just right. A special thank you to our Function Manager, Ale, who truly went above and beyond. She was friendly, bubbly, and incredibly professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure every detail we requested was executed seamlessly. Ale is definitely the right person for the job — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Together with Ale, the bar attendants Monique and Gabrielle were also helpful, friendly, and really contributed to making the evening enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for making this 21st a truly memorable and special evening!

My friends organised a lunch today so we could catch up. My steak came out, my friends Spare Ribs came out but alas the 3rd meal a 'Salad' was almost 1hr later. You have got to be joking. We then ordered 1 Mug of Cuppachino, 1 Mug of Chai latte with a cake 45min later we got the order but of course one was in a cup. The girl replied well 'At least I got 1 correct'. The girl said she had been busy. I am not sure she knows what busy is because I couldn't see many customers left. The food was lovely. The service was atrocious.

We have just been to Dinner and show. the Beatles legacy Show. Beatles Legacy and Denis Walter were 5 star entertainers. Absolutely loved them. My Chicken meal stone cold. My husbands Steak meal luke warm. The 2 vegierarian meals on table was half a cauliflower and a few vegetable garnishes on top. They were sent back to redo, because they were stone cold as well. I don't necessarily blame the waiting crew. They obviously need more staff for this kind of dinner show. The kitchen should be better organised. I won't be going back to this hotel again.

The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The service at the public bar and reception is excellent. Old fashioned customer service given by Mary was exceptional. Both times Mary went above and beyond. Mary is absolute asset to this establishment. I have been in the hospitality sector for 33 years and it takes a lot for me to be impressed.
