We had a great stay at the Alzburg Resort, would definitely recommend. Our room was very clean and had everything you need for a very comfortable stay, kitchenette, coffee machine and washing machine / dryer. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted with local recommendations and storing our bikes. Very close to town.

Great value for the money. The check is was simple and staff friendly. Our room was very clean and the air con was very welcoming on a very hot day. The pool was fantastic and very clean. Overall a very good stay and we would certainly stay here again. Only negative was the TV on our second night wasn’t receiving any signal, but it wasn’t a hotel fault, the region had the same issues.

I travelled to Manfield to ride to Bonnie Doon , Yea and Alexandra on the Great Victorian rail trail which was excellent. I also had the good fortune to stay at the Alzburg which met all my requirements exceedingly well . Although older everything was well maintained. Bed very comfortable ,quiet room and very high sleep quality . Great little breakfast box with some muesli bars included . Great spa shower in the room and larger relaxing pool spa area was perfect for recovery after a 6 hour ride . A real highlight was the excellent customer service and friendly attitude that I recieved from Fabian . His service was welcoming and made me feel at home on 3 seperate occasions . This type of service makes you want to return and congratulations to Fabian. I am more accustomed to 5 star hotels but service is often impersonal.

I had a family function at Mansfield and 16 friends and family stayed at the Alzburg and they were all happy. Some rooms are better than others but all were clean and functionable. The grandchildren loved the pool. Staff were great and helped a lot, everybody said they were well looked after. Pricing was fair and appropriate for the style of accommodation. Thank you Alzburg staff.

Absolutely loved our time here. The room was renovated and included a dishwasher, stove and washing machine. The staff (in particular Jodie) were excellent throughout the whole experience. We will definitely be back!
