Bang Bang is a unique venue situated in the heart of Elsternwick, it is one of the best Asian restaurants in Victoria offering an Indochine-inspired menu of delicious food and drinks. The bottomless brunch (Boozy Brunch 2.0) was a positive surprise. You get all the food items on the brunch menu and it was a fair amount of food. The espresso martinis and margaritas are included at an additional 20 AUD cost. Technically they only serve you one cocktail at a time but in practice not really true! Good and fast service, lovely terrace space, all in all good value! 2 hour time limit.

Pretty mixed experience with this one. First time here for a birthday, big party of about 20-30 of us adults and kids of all ages, arriving at various times throughout the Sunday afternoon. Everyone ordering from QR code on their designated tables. Food came out reasonably fast and delicious, drink staff seems a little confused with beer choices, and availablity was notable on a weekend with many beers 'sold out'. The confusions didn't end there. The food keeps coming out and seems like the staff have little idea of table numbers, or perhaps food were coming out of the kitchen without table numbers perhaps. They just keep asking random tables... 'did you order...', only for diners from other tables (sometimes ours) yelling out.. 'That's ours !'. At one point since people at our party were arriving and ordering at different times, food just kept rollling out. Only that on one occassion, our party guest was quarter way eating from what they truly believed was theirs, only for the waiter to retun, grab it off the table... and proceed to give it to the 'correct table' with it already partially consumed. I think the final 3 star was a fair rating, coz it's not all bad, but not worth any more than this. Good luck.

We booked a Boozy Brunch, and the highlight of the experience was the outstanding customer service. However, the food was quite average. To be honest, it felt like a very cheap approach, especially considering the $59 per person price tag. The frozen pork buns and French fries were disappointing. The free-flow cocktails were also a letdown—extremely weak with barely any alcohol, making them taste more like non-alcoholic drinks. On the positive side, the location and atmosphere were good.

Had a wonderful experience at Bang Bang through their bottomless brunch! The drinks were flowing, the food was amazing and came out at perfect times. Cassie was our waitress and she was lovely and super accommodating. Would 100% dine again.

Such a beautiful spot in Elsternwick. Love how this place is very accessible by car and train. This spot offers a range of tasty fusion which is perfect for everyone’s need. They have both indoor and outdoor seating for 2 people or bigger groups too. Out of the dishes we’ve tried, my favourite surprisingly are the veggies - asparagus sisig and the broccolini too. the veggies in these 2 dishes were nicely cooked with the right texture and sauces. although the asparagus sisig is a little bit on the sweet side, it actually complimented the crunchiness of the asparagus and chewiness of the mushroom too. Their crab wafer is also something i would highly recommend. would love to have more of this, the swimmer crab toppings is very generous with the right amount of sauce, wouldn’t mind having more of this next next time. Lastly, their service is top notch! the staff who assisted us from start to end, cassy was very helpful. she’s friendly, accomodating and quite attentive to our needs. she made sure each of us were comfortable providing us with water, napkins and even check in on us from time to time.
