There’s a sly mischievous quality to Bomba, first of all emanating from its moniker, which translates to “bomb”. One could say something along the lines of “Bomba is the bomb, yo!” but that’d be far too easy. Suffice to say, Bomba’s a spot for catching up with friends for some good drinking, good eating, and a lovely, laughter-filled time. Rising above Melbourne’s CBD, the Bomba Rooftop Bar overlooks the city skyline, treetops and the bustling streets below. An iconic Melbourne bar, the Rooftop is a favourite for locals and visitors alike to enjoy a few drinks and tapas surrounded by the sounds of the city. We came here for a bottomless lunch, which was $75 per person. We chose a table seating rather than having it at the rooftop bar. Food was served very promptly, in fact, a bit too quick. The pork belly is to die for, so tender and well marinated. The potato croquet was crispy on the outside and soft inside. The braised beef was so tender than it just melted in my mouth. The potato bravas was well executed and tasty. My son had the lamb shoulder paella (not in the bottomless package), which was very well seasoned and delicious. The drinks were on point with the food served. We adjourned to the rooftop bar after lunch. The views were amazing and with the good weather on that day, it was very enjoyable. It is recommended to make a reservation for meals as it gets very busy. Hannah was excellent for her service and jokes. Well done!

The vibes here are top notch. Cozy, dim lighting and amazing service. We sat inside, so I can’t comment on the rooftop bar. Food was good, but the tapas were a lot better than the mains. The Flank Steak was a little bit tough, and let the food down a little bit for me. However the quail, ox tongue, and pork belly tapas were great. Good sangria too!

10/10! The service was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable recommendations from the menu and so lovely. The food is divine and the rose sangria - absolutely delightful. This is a must visit!

Cute little tapas but full with flavour! My favourites were the scallop, ox tongue and the spiced cauliflower. Waiting staff were very accommodating, making sure all our food were served promptly so we can make it to the show💯

Service was amazing and the atmosphere was great for a Wednesday evening. All the dishes came out fast and presentation was immaculate. However, the quality of the food didn’t live up to the presentation. Recommendation: scallops, corn ribs, croquettes, prawns
