Awesome vibe!! Caught up with friends as one was here for business & couldn't have asked for a better venue! Staff were super friendly & food was delish! I had the Chicken Parma with ham $34 & it was HUGE! Chips were crunchy & salad wasn't soggy so big👍up. Unfortunately I didn't take a pic but well worth the 💰 Super clean & low lighting which set the mood for a chilled catch up!!! Well worth the visit!
Awesome food. Bar guy who served us was amazing. My hubby wanted a mudslide cocktail and it wasn't on the list and he was kind enough to make it from Google lol. Highly recommended for a nice afternoon drink or a light dinner . Great work
Good selection of beers. Pale, IPA and stout were favourites. Friendly staff and lively atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating for couples and small to med size groups, well as a pool table. Whilst beers are well priced and tasty, the food was on the expensive side. $30 minimum for a meal, which would be okay if the flavours and portions were on point, but they were both very average. Sweet and Spicy pizza had good base but barely any meat. The BFC fried chicken flavour was decent but wasnt crispy. Parma which wasn't as big as some reviews make out, but flavour was good as was the salad- would be great value for the $20 special though.
A good hidden gem in Atura Dandenong, went on a weekday and had many patrons enjoying. Went to the counter to order 🍺🍻 but sadly Hazy IPA and some other lager's were missing from the tap. But that didn't stopped us and we were checking for available options and the server told us that they have more of bottle variety, which isn't why we got in the first place....But nevermind we narrowed down to start with pale ale, which was spot on. Ordered finger food over the counter, Nachos and Calamari. Taste pretty good, enjoyed the quality however must say portion size is very controlled but we enjoyed the food (pics for reference in photo section) Food was served on the table while we're sitting in al-fresco I'm the front area which had other diner's sitting around. Now ironically others were getting served few times by the same server and she was kind enough to say enjoy the meal and even offered the basic cutlery and tissue kit placed around but to our surprise we just got the food on table and server couldn't care more but walked away without saying a single word. Assuming server must have been busy and missed basics, we're okay with that but then same server came out to other tables next to us and was extremely polite and offered them cutlery sets and serviette etc, which made us realize that maybe 🤔 it's just our order was treated in a way. However we forgot about all this and enjoyed the food which I should say makes up for the lack of service delivery. Still would prefer to visit them again as my experience pre Covid was better , which is why we would like to visit the place more often and also being out neighborhood, like to support the business, as much as we can. Hopefully Restaurant Manager would ensure that staff can create even better experience for their patrons, which will make it even more worthy, cheers
We booked the venue out for a first birthday! Food was great but the only thing was they cut our session an hour short and our happy hour an hour short and the reason being was they need money! Mind you we paid $5k to book the venue for a certain time and we didn’t even get to have our entire session time or a beer tab on! So you’d think at the least keep it on for these well behaved customers but nope. They started packing the tables up an hour early and cut off our happy hour cos they felt they needed money! In my opinion was a poor reason too say such and hence my review! Just felt the customer services weren’t met and could’ve definitely been handled better.
