I recently had the opportunity to stay here for 7 nights. My experience was wonderful! The customer service here is top notch - from the restaurant/ dining staff, the front desk and housekeepers, room service as well as how timely emails are responded to before even getting to the hotel. They all deserve recognition for their high standards. You are doing a great job. Its location is also very convenient. Thank you for making my experience here a very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this hotel location.
I stayed two nights in this hotel for a conference, sponsored by the event organizer. The main entrance connected with a restaurant and the reception was in another side. The check-in and check-out process was pretty smooth. Staffs were polite. The room was spacious and clean. Their power sockets supported only USB type-A which was not ideal. The architecture of the lift lobby was really weird. There were two pillar in between the three lifts which means there is no way you can see the availability of all three lifts together. I had a two days conference in the meeting room at the first floor. The meeting room was clean and the facilities were okay. The event organizer arranged catering in the conference room during the two days meeting. The catering service was good. Food provision was punctual and tested good. Overall it was quite a satisfying experience.
We stayed at the Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street for the weekend, and I’m so happy with my choice. The location is excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful. Since it was a short stay, I didn’t get a chance to order room service, but the menu looked very appealing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Spent the weekend at Hilton Melbourne. What a charming hotel! I just loved the heritage and boutique feel about it. The staff was helpful, responsive, and friendly. Stayed in a executive king room, a corner room with large floor to ceiling windows on both sides. Really nice to sit by the window in the sun. The bathroom was clean, towels were fluffy, the Hunter Lab hair and body products were beautiful. If I have to be critical, I personally prefer cotton towel bath robes, rather than the terry robe. The executive lounge was cosy, food offering in the evening was decent. Had dinner at Luci, delicious food, beautiful venue, and really nice staff. Couldn't finish the desert, and the restaurant staff organised to deliver the left over to my room, with proper cutlery! The gym was small, but functional. The only thing I would like to have added in that gym was a leg exercise machine, such as a leg curl/extension combo machine. But that is just a personal thing. I had a really enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend Hilton Melbourne.
Had the most incredible stay. The hotel staff were friendly and super helpful. Harrison at the concierge desk was outstanding and helped me plan my daily excursions. The hotel is clean, modern and has one of the best locations. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay at the Hilton Little queen street the next time I'm in Melbourne.
