Luci pays tribute to the city’s vibrant culinary culture, to which the Italian immigrants arriving in the 1950s served as the backbone. Its menu features modern Australian cooking accentuated
with hints of Italian and European culinary traditions. Seated Dining Experience of 110 guests, with the ability to seat up to 130 with substituted chairs at an additional cost, Cocktail and Canape function of up to 250 guests

The stay at the Hilton in Australia was exceptional, easily the best at any Hilton property. The staff was outstanding—consistently polite, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. Service throughout the hotel was prompt and efficient, reflecting a high level of professionalism. The rooms were impeccably clean, as was every area of the hotel, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The food was superb, with excellent presentation that elevated the dining experience. Overall, every aspect of the stay was flawless, making it a truly memorable visit.

Myself and my daughter have just spent 3 days in Melbourne visiting from Perth. It was a special occasion, my 50th, my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration. The Hilton did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning, timeless, clean, just beautiful. We had a twin room, it was well equipped and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was amazing, huge range of hot and cold food, staff were very attentive. Receptionists were extremely friendly and more than willing to help at any given moment. The only negative I have ( and this is a tiny criticism) the hotel didn’t have that “hotel smell” I love to walk into a hotel and it have that fresh, clean smell throughout , apart from that 5* through and through. Highly recommend 🫶

The location is unbeatable—tucked away in the heart of the city, yet quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect balance of luxury and charm. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the comfy bed, plush linens, and the rainfall shower that made every morning feel like a spa experience. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Great hotel. Over-delivered on every front. Seemingly the original Hilton in Melbourne and beautifully renovated. Great classic European feel throughout. Absolutely spotless. Lobby, restaurant, bar immaculate. Rooms, so clean, spacious and stylish. The alleyway view did not detract from the ambience. The staff were the highlight. Obviously well trained and well drilled. All were friendly, professional, full of smiles and nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars all round.
