Brief overnight stay after arriving at midnight and leaving 9hrs later. I was so happy to walk into my clean, cosy and quiet room after being picked up from the terminal quickly at midnight, have a cup of chamomile tea, and sleep until 8am to get back onto Australian time. A short workout in the compact but fairly well equipped fitness room then a fantastic breakfast with freshly squeezed vegetable juice available and fresh cooked omelette, as well as delicious hot and cold buffet items regularly being filled up/checked. I was travelling alone this trip but families appear well catered for. The highlight really was the staff, though. Thanks for making my transit so easy, relaxing and enjoyable. (Midnight airport shuttle and check in 22/06 and dining room for breakfast 23/06). My only suggestion would be the fitness room should have more dumbbells under 10kg.

1. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but the airport facilities were under construction, so I had trouble finding a route to walk to the hotel right in front of the airport. In the end, a staff member came to pick me up, so I was saved. 2. The bathtub drain was clogged, so when I removed the plug, water overflowed from the drain and almost leaked into the room. 3. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which was great. The female staff in particular were very helpful.

I was really happy with our stay at the hotel. Check-in was smooth and the guy at the counter was so helpful. The room was big, bathtub and beds were comfy. McDonalds next door and a BP for snacks. And the shuttle was great. The reason I chose this hotel was for the shuttle. We needed it at 4.15am and it goes every 15 minutes 24/7. Would choose that hotel again if flying out of Melbourne.

The room is spacious and clean. The shuttle bus service is great and convienient. Good for people who needs to catch early flight.

Rooms are older, no available plugs for electronics near bed. My rooms bathroom smelled of urine. The bed was nice, wifi iffy. The staff was great, lovely to be close to the airport. The breakfast bar was great. I was here during winter and could not get room warm. For the price, there could be upgrades for our tech society
