🎤🎤🎤Me and my partner had our wedding reception here. The venue was perfect for a small event up to fourty people. The atmosphere was magical the lighting was so flattering. With sufficient communication, the night flowes perfectly. 🍽️🍽️🍽️And we received very good feedback about the flavour and the portion of the food. If anything the sides for the main table could be slightly smaller. ✨✨✨Event manager was really accommadating with the ideas we had for the set up and send offs. She was both effective, straight to the point and efficient. Bar staff and front of house were super nice and friendly too. They all together made me feel extra special.

High-quality food and service. Clean. Great views. Comfortable. We were lucky to find a quiet winter lunch spot. Table service was excellent. Enclosed deck seating was warm, bright, and comfortable. No trouble getting a gluten-free option. Plenty of seating options. Toilets modern, clean, and well maintained. Not just a beer hall.

My only issue with the staff is that they actually care too much. They create a family environment and atmosphere. That makes you feel warm and welcome and you continue to come time after time. I feel sorry that they have to deal with so many corporate muppets that work in the local vicinity as they are all genuine staff and have a genuine team here. I hope their management team do not take them for granted. As they all bring unique experiences to each customer that comes through. Liv, Jess, Alex, Vicki. But especially Liv. So kind and understanding to every request.

I love this place. They have specials every weeknight and it’s so lovely in summer. The staff are super friendly too. If you can get a table on the verandah even better. Great pub food. Highly recommend if you want to eat around South Bank but you don’t want to break the Bank…see what I did there 😀

Absolutely wonderful food and the service was amazing. When the server realised I was needing fodmap she was able tk explain how the majority of the menu could be altered to cater for my dietary needs. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and that the meal was suitable. Thank you for what can sometimes be a difficult situation when dining out so much easier for me. My family absolutely recommends the pork rib entree as well 😋👌
