Kyma Greek Restaurant Bar Cafe

Kyma is a Greek restaurant, one that rather specialises in seafood, and is found a very short stroll from St Kilda beach. Seems appropriate then, that “kyma” means “wave” in Greek. Fresh local ingredients and creatures of the sea, meet Greek charcoal grilling. Kyma’s pretty popular, to say the least. Kyma was born of three decades of preparing Greek seafood dishes, with an eye to the future. The result is contemporary Greek cuisine, with a delightful modern twist - and a seemingly endless list of accolades. Kyma boasts a number of banquet menus for larger groups, all best tackled with an empty stomach (seriously, there is a LOT of food). As a result, it’s popular with large dining groups, and family celebrations. Kyma is found along Fitzroy Street, just past Park Street. Read: very, very near the beach. Like, a couple minutes’ stroll away. Kyma’s situated along the 16, 96 and 112 trams lines, and is about a fifteen minute drive from the city.
