Our modern industrial warehouse conversion is truly a beautiful and unique space that can be used for private functions, birthday/engagement parties, hens nights, commercial photoshoots for portraiture, fashion & look books, art exhibitions, workshops & seminars, product launch’s, retail & pop up stores, temporary office rental, talent casting, yoga/meditation classes and hair & beauty salon space hire. The generous ground floor entertainment area comes with occasional furniture including sofas, armchairs, side tables and seating, as well as a European style kitchenette housing a sink, fridge and microwave plus ample cupboard/storage space. The walls feature original art by local artists which is curated for your event and on display at all times and there is a private open air garden deck & courtyard. The upstairs mezzanine floor has a private powder room and shower, wall to wall, floor to ceiling mirrors, 50 inch smart tv and spectacular city views. For professional or creative bookings that involve photoshoots, the upstairs level is perfect for preparing models and can be used as a dressing room for hair and makeup as it includes a basin to shampoo models hair between shoots.
