Stayed at the mantra with my two daughters just to spend some quality time together. It was a two bedroom corner apartment. The view was great and the size of the apartment made you feel like we all had space. We had everything we needed. The bedrooms were a good size. Bathroom is a basic colour and design but functional. I would probably suggest a bit more colour and warmth in the rooms as they are very grey. The breakfast was a buffet with a fair choice but the coffee was cold. Our overall stay was great and the staff were really lovely and parking was a breeze. I will definitely return.

I requested a balcony with the spa. When checking in, there was no mention of no balcony. The apartment was small and no where to manage our luggage. The TV in the Bedroom was no functioning due possibly to poor connection. We requested this to be fixed but not done. The toilet seat would no stay up and the Spa looked unhygienic. On the positive side we were given an extra hour for check-out and the staff were very pleasant. We would have gone to the restaurant “MEZZI” but the reviews were not good. The apartment needs to be refreshed and renovated. Also state what apartments come with a balcony and which dont.

Family of 4, with 12 and 14yo boys, stayed two nights. Impressed by the size of the apartment, and appreciated the full facilities including kitchen and washing machine. The included breakfast was great, as was the pool and spa. Really the best of both worlds of a hotel and an Airbnb. Great location 2 minutes from the south bank, too

Awesome stay at Mantra Southbank. Location was fantastic, just off City Road so didn't have to go all the way into the city. Secure, underground parking, ment we parked and walked everywhere. Short walk into CBD, 10 min walk to Crown and a little further to DFO. Great, central location. Beautiful breakfast enjoyed by our family, hot foods, eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, tomato, pastries, pancakes, fruit, juice, toast, the works. Really yum. Reception eager to please, 2 bed room apartment was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was good, although we had no coffee. The coffee in the restaurant made up for that. Pool was a good temperature, spa nice and hot and the sauna was great too. Pool towels supplied, and gym available. Very comfortable stay. Cracked tiles in bathroom took off a star. Otherwise very impressed.

Stayed here 5 people in a 2 bedroom apartment, everything was fine until I unfolded the sofa bed, there wasn't any bedding for the 5th person and the mattress on the sofa bed was disgusting! When the reception worker brought the bedding and was shown the mattress he agreed that it wasn't very good then told us he didn't know how to make the bed. Needless to say I did not sleep on the fold out couch but opted to fold it back up and cover the couch with the bedding to sleep on that. Have stayed here a few times and it has definately gone downhill. Won't be staying again!
