Check in so so easy, room was lovely and was just what i needed somewhere nice to relax. rooms nice and dark if you shut the curtains its great if you need sleep during the day for different hour flights. Went down for a sneaky drink and the barman is a beautiful man and very very funny which was great to break up a long trip to Melborne
Checked in at 10:30 pm as our flight was late. Easy access from the airport, great location. Good breakfast, good that airport droop and pick was complimentary but as an airport hotel Room service needs to be 24 hrs. I had order food before 11 pm because room service closed at 11 pm and I got 3 years kids who don’t have anything to eat. Requested for kids meal but staff said not available after 9:30 pm. So my 3 years old son sleep without eating. Management needs to look into it . They can provide pizza until 11 pm but not the kids meal.
An amazing all round experience 👏 thank you. The staff could not do enough to help. The rooms are second to none. Room service was delivered fresh and hot everything. Will be returning again. Special thanks to the The lady on reception and the house cleaning crew. You help rejuvenate a worn out working mumma!
Really disappointed. I have previously stayed here regularly when I’m in Melbourne due to a convenient location for work. Honestly the experiences have never been exceptional but they have been acceptable but my most recent stay has confirmed I won’t stay here again. A four star hotel not serving room service is ridiculous in itself let alone the general rudeness and CBF’d attitude of the staff. The location is good, the rooms are ok but the customer service is absolutely shocking for the price you pay for a room.
Top Notch Service - unexpected for an airport hotel. I am here because of Qantas last minute cancellations (classic 🙄) As I was just travelling from my Melbourne home to my Sydney home, I did not pack toothbrush/makeup remover. The reception was able to provide toothbrush but did not stock makeup remover. MIKE from the reception *bought makeup wipes from 7/11 down the road, and brought it up to the room* 🫨 really appreciate it, made my night. THANKS MIKE ✨
