10th February 2026 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful service at Mantra Tullamarine. From the moment I arrived, Mike at reception was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful after my long three hour drive. He assisted me with my luggage, organised my dinner reservation, and made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. He even checked in during my meal to ensure everything was great. Shuttle service is brilliant, checking in has always been pleasant being a platinum member you are looked after. Dining room is another story, food was not edible from entree to main meal, the Caesar salad with what chicken I found was dry and brown, other main meal pork chop was tough and dry the host was not engaging or helpful because we had not eaten I asked for a bowl of wedges to be sent to room, the smallest bowl I have ever seen cost $21.00 which included room service. Really not good enough when he stated he would look after us. We have been staying is this hotel 4 years and will not come back.

Great location if travelling from or to Tullamarine Airport. Meals are excellent but a bit priced. I did have trouble with my wagyu croquettes. Nice and crunchy on the outside but cold on the inside. The meals was replaced and was perfect. Was worth the stay.

Wonderful place to stay. From airport shuffle bus driver, to hotel staff, to comfy and roomy room and bed, one of the best shower pressure I’ve had, like a massage. I’m very happy with everything except for its being in the airport area not much public transport options or restaurants nearby. I needed a hotel close to airport so it worked out. Highly recommend the great service and room. I also love their blackout curtains which makes the room super dark making it easy to sleep. They don’t have slippers or robes which is weird for a 4 star hotel.

This is a really great hotel. Well run, beautiful décor, friendly professional staff and nice food. They treat their platinum members like they are special. We will definitely return as our preferred airport hotel and its a credit to the management team.
