I’d checked in to another hotel (not Quay West) to discover the pool heater was broken even though I’d called to check, and my six year old totally shattered, as all she wanted was a swim. So we promptly phoned Quay West (very last minute) and moved hotels. I cannot thank Natalie, Malcolm and Georgia at reception any more! The service from anxious phone call, to check in, to a surprise river view upgrade, was just incredible. We even discovered a little gift and card waiting for us in our room to help turn our day around! It’s these personal touches that the staff at quay west do that really set them apart from other hotels. This is our third stay at quay west. And we just love it - the service, the cleanliness, spaciousness, buffet breakfast and location! Lesson learned - I won’t book elsewhere ever again! Thanks again! Renee & Abigail

As a family with four young children we felt so welcomed and that we were never an inconvenience, which can be hard to come by. Where we had some issues with our fire detector over night, the staff were most happy to help out in rectifying the issue and ensuring we were comfortable in our stay. Will be recommending to all. Fantastic location! The staff members were incredibly courteous. The apartments were impeccably clean, and I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service—it was a wonderful treat after a busy day at work. The swimming pool, spa, steam room, and gym were all exceptionally maintained.

We had a really lovely stay at Quay West Suites! Buffet breakfast selection was a bit small but everything was delicious. Indoor pool and spa were gorgeous, super clear water and lovely statues. Pool was very warm and spa was boiling hot, like soup! The lobby area was also very beautiful, and modern, lots of seating. Our room was HUGE and the bed was giant and super comfortable, best nights sleep I have had in a hotel in Melbourne over many many travels. Great location, couldnt fault it

Was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite which was beautiful. One of the rare times my Accor status has worked for me. Check in was simple and the person on the desk was very helpful. The hotel was quiet and the view along the river was nice. Breakfast was OK, oddly there were no sauces that I could find to go with the savoury options.
