From the time we walked in through to checking out, our stay at quay west was flawless. The suite was great, all the amenities you could possibly want were there. They even had a cordless charger in the room. The pool, gym and spa were an amazing spaces to use and the service was impeccable. Overall I can’t fault anything and we will definitely be staying here again

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 5 nights. Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Our slight issues were we felt the bed was way too soft. Quite bad for the older folks. And would have preferred a handle shower in the toilets and not only rainfall. Otherwise everything else were perfect for us. TV had many channels which was awesome too.

We had a lovely stay at the Quay West Suites last weekend. Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The view was great - we were on the 14th floor. The staff on arrival were so lovely and I thank them for their kindness and attention. The breakfast was average, but again the staff were very friendly. We used the heated pool and hot tub, which was very relaxing. In terms of value for money, I am not sure. The room was just under $400, which I guess was as much about the location as anything else.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We loved how close it is to everything especially the Melb Marathon Festival. So handy to all public transport as well. Highly recommended

A business social event at Hamer Hall made Quay West Suites very easy and comfortable. Dinner for a large group pre show was simple, with so many options to choose from at South Bank, parking underneath with easy lift access, front desk greeting from James personable and easy, and the 3BR suite in 2601 was beyond spacious and the almost 180 degree views of the city (south facing) was just as magnificant as a similar 3BR suite on the 25th floor East facing that we have previously stayed in. The mattress in the master suite was a bit uncomfortable, but we all benchmark this measure of comfort against our own private beds at home, so it was almost expected. I did like the check in online component, especially in this world of busy, that just made our 1 night stay go even smoother than last time. This is fast becoming my go-to accommodation for city stays. Very happy with the lovely lounge space at reception, the overall cleanliness, and the professionalism of the staff interactions make Quay West Suites a very pleasant and positive experience.
