St Kilda Town Hall

How much do you know about St Kilda Town Hall? The main, public area of the building was designed way back in 1890 by William Pitt. Originally built with a stone facade, structural damage in the 1920s resulted in it being stucco'd over and painted white, which is the look the building has now. Something else worth knowing about St Kilda Town Hall - it's also a popular function venue, especially with weddings, larger social occasions, as well as with launch parties and the like. It's hardly surprising, given how impressive and stylish the building is.
