There are a few steps involved in booking an event at Tazio and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you.

Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:
- Event type
- Number of people attending
- Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible)
- Budget (per person or total)
- Room layout
- Food and beverage / catering requirements
- Any other requirements

Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at Tazio to check:
1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times?
2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements?

This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with Tazio to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so).

VenueNow provides this service free of charge to you as we are paid a small fee by Tazio if you book via us.

Ground Floor Restaurant: Whether you're a first-time flyer or in for the weekly session, our main dining room on Flinders Lane offers exciting and luxurious Italian Australian cuisine. With friendly service that will make your experience feel like home no matter who you are!

Level 1: Long Room: Larger than our ground floor dining room, level 1 space is open daily for business lunches. It’s a great option as it can accommodate quieter hours but also large groups and events with its larger capacity to fit more people!

Level 1: Private Dining Room: Group dining has never been more fashionable. From the privacy and exclusivity of a closed door to an open setting that allows for greater interaction with your guests; we have you covered!

Ground: Semi-Private Dining Room: Whether you're looking to be a little bit away from the action or have your guests stay close by, our ground-floor semi-private dining room is perfect. The table can accommodate up 14 people and offers views of one of its own!

Ground Floor Terrace: Our outdoor terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink during weekdays. It's also available for dining on weekends when the weather permits!

Basement Bar: A basement level with its own laneway entry will be open to the public for drinks on Friday and Saturday evenings until late. At all other times, this space can exclusively host your event or gathering!
