There are a few steps involved in booking an event at the Terminus Hotel and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you.

Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:
- Event type
- Number of people attending
- Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible)
- Budget (per person or total)
- Room layout
- Food and beverage / catering requirements
- Any other requirements

Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at the Terminus Hotel to check:
1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times?
2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements?

This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with the Terminus Hotel to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so).

The Terminus Hotel offers a range of versatile and visually groundbreaking spaces fit for any occasion, with a collection of incredible spaces including a traditional Public Bar, a two-level urban jungle Beer Garden, a 40-seat Dining Room, a Level One Bar and a striking outdoor Terrace Bar. Terrace Bar - The upstairs timber slated Terrace Bar is the perfect place for your next event. This space has three large roped jungle style booths, a private bar and two plasma TV, and can accommodate up to 60 guests while extending out onto the balcony will bring that limit all the way up to 90 people! Book this space during any time of the week - no matter what day or night!

Level One Bar - Our Level One 'Paris Tropical' themed bar is reminiscent of a classic roaring 1920's Parisian watering hole, complete with banana yellow folded steel bar and lush jungle wallpaper. The venue can be booked for private functions or events up to 120 people in size but does offer the balcony if you are looking at 160 guests!

Beer Garden - The Beer Garden has a clever mix of both seated and standing space, the Garden Bar comes with its own private bar for up to 100 guests. It's also underneath Terminus Hotel's glass roof which makes it an amazing place during warmer months!

The Dining Room - In the mood for a laid-back dinner? Enjoy group dining in our deco style room with up to 28 guests. Situated between the Public Bar island and outside Garden Bar, this light banquette seating provides you comfort as well excitement from all of its lively atmosphere!

The venue houses a total of four bars and a number of other event spaces positioned over two levels, perfect for your next corporate or private events! You will find spaces like a traditional Public Bar, a two-level urban jungle Beer Garden and a dining room that seats 28 guests. There's also a level one bar and an outdoor terrace to enjoy drinks at!
