Not a venue if you are just going for a feed, but top joint to catch up with mates, work colleges and others who love sport. The food is what you would expect in a sports bar and good value for money. I like it , will definitely be back to take advantage of happy hour again. Yeehar…!
Dropped in here for a cleansing ale and to watch a horse race. Ended up staying and watching the AFL grand final. Excellent sports bar with TAB and plenty of screens showing a plethora of sports. Friendly service, clean, great atmosphere, fair prices and food was good. Buffalo wings very tasty and well worth dropping in for a pint or two.
Decent pub, sports bar, pizza was pretty good. The staff were nice. Good location not far from Southern Cross Train Station.
Good online booking, name placard on table to help you find where you are sitting. Typical and standard pub menu. Order at the bar. Service average, but friendly. Wait time for food was quite good considering how busy they were. I ordered the chicken schnitzel which came with chips & salad. Not the nicest or tastiest chicken schnitzel I have had. I ordered a side of garlic bread which was quite good. Other people I was with got the parmigiana which they tell me they were happy with. Prices reasonable.
Friendly staff, good recommendations, and a decent place to get a beer. Fish and chips were quite straightforward. Chips were fried nicely. Soft on the inside and crispy outside. Fish had smooth batter. No flakes. Just coated in a crispy layer. Must try.
