You get what you pay for at this place. They are a small, quiet and poorly managed place. The screen is not so big and hardly many people but, good for cheap tickets and they are located on the second floor of Westfield. There are buses and trams to reach there. They have restrooms, food court and other shops catering to the neighbourhood families.
The state of this cinema was disgraceful tonight. Went to buy food at counter popcorn and rubbish all over front counter floor. Got cold popcorn. Proceeded to get greeted by someone to check our tickets absolutely no one there. Made our way to Cinema 5. Chairs just outside rubbish all over the chair and floor. Went into cinema 5. Popcorn every where room was a mess. Wasn’t clean. Had to brush popcorn off chairs to sit family down. Checked our tickets multiple times if we were in right room as it was a mess in every section. Needs a big upgrade old & dated. 3 young kids under 12-10 years old not supervised by an adult speaking and screaming throughout movie. Super disappointing night for a family night out that cost over $120
Hard to be too critical of the place for the price of admission. A good place to tick off any new releases that you don’t want to pay $25 to see.
the popcorn is always buttered nicely. shout out to the hard working filo/islander woman early 30s. always see her and she works very hard.
Came here because nowhere else was playing the film on the day. Horrible. The cinema is designed in a way that makes one feel uncomfortable, from the chairs, to the position of the screen, the slanted floor, the designs on the walls. Did I mention the chairs? They were designed for a large banana, not the human form. Maybe I'm too tall. Lucky this was $10. But even so, other modern cinemas go pretty cheap. This place is a relic.
