The state of this cinema was disgraceful tonight. Went to buy food at counter popcorn and rubbish all over front counter floor. Got cold popcorn. Proceeded to get greeted by someone to check our tickets absolutely no one there. Made our way to Cinema 5. Chairs just outside rubbish all over the chair and floor. Went into cinema 5. Popcorn every where room was a mess. Wasn’t clean. Had to brush popcorn off chairs to sit family down. Checked our tickets multiple times if we were in right room as it was a mess in every section. Needs a big upgrade old & dated. 3 young kids under 12-10 years old not supervised by an adult speaking and screaming throughout movie. Super disappointing night for a family night out that cost over $120
Hard to be too critical of the place for the price of admission. A good place to tick off any new releases that you don’t want to pay $25 to see.
First and the last time we will be going to this Cinema. Booked tickets and Vrewards Deluxe Double Deal plus Telstra rewards combo that was upgraded to large online. Upon arrival, we noticed the young staff behind the counter chatting away and having a laugh while we were waiting in line with the movie about to start and thinking if someone was going to serve us (unprofessional and rude). Finally, when they were done, they scanned our bar code ticket with all the info. We got our 3 tickets and asked if we want any food and drinks. Um, yes, it's all on the bar code. Ohh yes, they replied. We received our deluxe combo and no Telstra combo. So we asked about the missing combo. They were like ohh sorry and rushed away to get our missing combo, which was medium instead of large. Now I was frustrated and had to correct them again and said it was upgraded to large if you have a closer look at my online order. Anyway, we proceeded to Cinema 3, which was so small that if someone farts the whole room would smell it. Lol Definitely won't be going back 👎
Came here because nowhere else was playing the film on the day. Horrible. The cinema is designed in a way that makes one feel uncomfortable, from the chairs, to the position of the screen, the slanted floor, the designs on the walls. Did I mention the chairs? They were designed for a large banana, not the human form. Maybe I'm too tall. Lucky this was $10. But even so, other modern cinemas go pretty cheap. This place is a relic.
Just letting know guys very small area for a cinema experience best is to watch at home and the seats are uncomfortable they dont move back
