The state of this cinema was disgraceful tonight. Went to buy food at counter popcorn and rubbish all over front counter floor. Got cold popcorn. Proceeded to get greeted by someone to check our tickets absolutely no one there. Made our way to Cinema 5. Chairs just outside rubbish all over the chair and floor. Went into cinema 5. Popcorn every where room was a mess. Wasn’t clean. Had to brush popcorn off chairs to sit family down. Checked our tickets multiple times if we were in right room as it was a mess in every section. Needs a big upgrade old & dated. 3 young kids under 12-10 years old not supervised by an adult speaking and screaming throughout movie. Super disappointing night for a family night out that cost over $120

Hard to be too critical of the place for the price of admission. A good place to tick off any new releases that you don’t want to pay $25 to see.

Great place to visit & watch a movie. At times it feels like you are walking into your own private cinema with others present. An experience not to be missed & tickets surprisingly cheap.

27th June PM Made to wait by female staff member who prioritised starting her required popcorn machine temperature test, documentation and completion of said process before attending to my young daughter and I. We had rushed up, clearly pushing it to make the start of our chosen movie, Despicable Me 4. She'd noticed but didn't seem to care or remember her primary purpose and role. Then we got nothing but attitude from her. We were made to feel like an inconvenience and any questions I had seemed to somehow wound her and cause significant eye rolling and condescension. Movie was good. Not very comfortable compared to some newer cinemas eg we saw one at Hoyts Docklands more recently and that was comfortable! Then they icing on the cake. Movie finished and we can't leave the cinema 'precinct' safely. I have a young daughter and the stairs were blocked and the lift didn't work. Cinema staff refused to contact security to open one of them for us and sent us out into the night and onto the car ramp down too the ground level car park. Trash experience. Terrible staff attitude to start then a very poor closing process to top it off. We won't be back.
