MAGNIFICENT & EXCLUSIVE BEACH FRONT VENUEWith unrivalled panoramic views over the St Kilda foreshore, West Beach Bathers Pavilion offers a unique beachfront setting for the most memorable of celebrations.We will provide a comfortable indoor and outdoor space, with access to the beach, to enjoy everything our venue has to offer, whilst our dedicated staff take care of you and your guests.With our hands-on and experienced event coordinators curate your ideal event and guide you through every step, from connecting you with quality stylists, florists, and entertainment to tailoring the menu and beverages to your desires.With an expansive sit-down capacity of 230 and stand-up cocktail capacity of 500, the only limit is your imagination.We cater for receptions, creative arts, photography, film settings, product launches, conferences and gatherings for private, corporate and community functions.With floor to ceiling windows of uninterrupted views of the water and a wrap around deck, our largest function room, the Grand Beach Hall captures the feeling of a beachside resort with the convenience of being in the heart of Melbourne. The Grand Beach Hall can be partitioned to create comfortable spaces for any group size.Secondary to our Grand Beach Hall is our lovingly restored Gallery function room, a private function room which forms part of the original Pavilion built in the late 1920's. Bi-folding glass doors flood the space with natural light and lead to our marquee'd lounge deck.We can host events any day of the week, with the latest finish of 11.30pm. Our packages are priced per person, inclusive of venue hire fees for the stated duration.We allow 1.5 hours access prior to each event for any additional setup, decoration or styling. Early Access or Time Extensions can be arranged and are subject to availability.West Beach Bathers Pavilion is fully accessible (inc wheelchair access) from Beaconsfield Parade. Free parking is available on the residential side of Beaconsfield Parade and surrounding streets, with ticketed parking on the beachside.
