I loved this place. I went here last year and loved it. There is a massive golf course with many kangaroos visiting and you can get to about a couple meters close to them but approach them carefully. Because I am a child I probably looked smaller so they were fine. You can have a stroll around the golf course as well. The room was a cosy fit for four. The nice thing was that there were nice views and you could get room service because we arrived at night and were tired. I looked at the one star reviews and read about what they didn't like and checked for dirty floors or bathrooms but our room was very clean and sanitary. Good for a small getaway close to home. Highly recommend!!!!

Don't know where to start... Been going to the Lodge for the past 4 yrs to celebrate our anniversary. Our favorite place for many reasons. Staff are amazing and eager to please- always friendly, helpful and willing to go that little bit further to keep guests happy. Rooms are lovely! Big comfy beds and pillows, good wifi and in house casting on big tv😁 Pricing for rooms is exceptional for what you get:- Bathrooms are spacious and well appointed, big deep bath and beautiful views from all windows. Private balcony's all rooms. But the best part is the free breakfast! Best smorgas board of fine food I've come across! Something for everyone and stuff I've never tried before but all such high quality and extremely yummy. Fine dining for dinner at restaurant but haven't tried it yet coz we always get room service😁 Don't get me started about the amazing golfing options here because I haven't played yet... Merely fantasized about it😄 Day spa, members area with visitors welcome, amazing walks along the yarra, best wineries all around, rolling green country side, wildlife everywhere, kangaroos on your balcony almost👌 I really could go on but, just do yourself a favor and check it out!

Went here with my wife as we were seeking for a weekend getaway. Booked on a Saturday morning and went on the same day afternoon. Realized we made a great choice as soon as we entered the gates of this place. Neat rooms, a nice breakfast buffet. Great room service and friendly staff. The surrounding is absolutely breathtaking. There's alot to explore in the property as well as in the local towns. Definitely will visit again.

Great location, great service and people. Lovely buffet breakfast. The food at Lodge bar was alright, not a wow, but average. Alot of room for improvement. Room was neat and clean, with a great golf view. Only downside was the bed. Didn't have a good sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable and gave us neck/back/headach. Kept waking up all night due to all sorts of aches. Was a pain to sleep for two nights. Otherwise, a great place to chill and wind down.

Stayed 3 nights. The property is a bit dated but rooms spacious and has all what's needed. Buffet breakfast was nice, barrista coffee is extra and served luke warm. Concerningly, the person who checked us in on Thursday was not upto the mark. He did not inform me that he was charging my accommodation otherwise i would have checked the invoice before paying. Just ask for my credit card which i thought eas to take an imprint. Overcharged my room rate by $341, forgot to send us the complimentary wine and cheese platter that was paid for. I chased the platter and was not until next day that melissa informed me about the Overcharge. Getting a refund at checkout on Sunday was arduous, no manager on duty and the checkout staff looked like they didn't know what they were doing. I now have to chase up my bank to see if it was refunded as they were not able to present me a refund receipt.
