There are a few steps involved in booking an event at Yarra Valley Lodge and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you.

Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:

- Event type

- Number of people attending

- Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible)

- Budget (per person or total)

- Room layout

- Food and beverage / catering requirements

- Any other requirements

Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at Yarra Valley Lodge to check:

1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times?

2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements?

This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with Yarra Valley Lodge to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so).

VenueNow provides this service free of charge to you as we are paid a small fee by Yarra Valley Lodge if you book via us.

Breakfast at Bella has been transformed into an a la carte, café-style restaurant with barista made coffee and the freshest produce. Yarra Valley Lodge has 102 beautifully appointed guest accommodation rooms. The hotel offers a range of accommodation options from luxury suites to family rooms, all of which come with a private balcony or terrace overlooking the golf course, valley or gardens. -Lodge View King Room: This 35-square meter accommodation is appointed with king pillowtop beds which give you the perfect night's sleep after exploring Yarra Valley. The lounge suite provides an excellent spot for unwinding while enjoying views of heritage estate grounds.

-Golf View King Room: Step into this 35-square meter sanctuary surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Yarra Valley. features king pillowtop beds, a lounge suite and a private balcony or terrace with views over St John's course - perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway or golf holiday.

-Lodge View Family Room: This room is perfect for family-friendly travellers, as it features two queen pillowtop beds and a private balcony or terrace with views of the heritage estate grounds.

-Golf View Family Room: This room comes complete with two Queen pillowtop beds and a lounge suite as well as a private balcony or terrace views of the St John course- you'll even be able to see kangaroos lounging on their morning sunrises!

-One-Bedroom Suite: Yarra Valley Lodge’s One-Bedroom Suite accommodation is perfect for solo guests or couples who want additional space. The living area offers a modern, inviting suite with views of the estate grounds and hills beyond from either balcony!

-Accessible King Room: This accessible room is perfect for those who need a little extra assistance and comes with features like lowered sinks, grab rails and an emergency call system.

Check-in is from 02:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. 

Yarra Valley Lodge features two 18-hole championship golf courses, a spa retreat, swimming pool and gym that are accessible to the hotel guests. The lodge also features a car park, free wifi, a restaurant, bar and lounge as well as function and conference facilities.

Chirnside Park is located in Melbourne's outer East. The closest train station is Wandin North on the Lilydale line. Guests may also opt to drive themselves to the hotel, as there is an onsite car park for their convenience.

The Yarra Valley Lodge has a range of different event suites that can be used for private functions and special occasions. The meeting venues are a blank canvas for your event and can be tailored to suit any theme. For up to 400 guests, you'll have plenty of space at the restaurant or hotel where we offer packages that include personalised event planning as well local food crafted by our talented chefs. Our event coordinators are experienced in the Yarra Valley region and will work closely with you to come up with a perfect plan.

Marmion Ballroom

The Marmion Ballroom is our largest event space and can be divided into two individual rooms -Marmion I and Marmion II, which seats approximately 200 people for dinner with a maximum capacity of 325 theatre style. This venue also offers access to the Conservatory Terrace perfect as an outside pre-function area before your wedding reception starts!

Birrarung

Birrarung is a versatile space that can be used for various events. It has floor-to-ceiling windows, free wifi, an audiovisual system and seats 100 people in the theatre-style, 72 cabaret-style or 90 guests dinner-style.

Conservatory

Experience dinner with a difference at the Conservatory as you take in sweeping, panoramic views of open-air terraces and lush gardens. Offerings include large receptions for up to 150 guests on its expansive venues - perfect if your event needs space!

Elham Room

The Elham Room is the ideal space for smaller meetings, conferences and seminars. It features an elegant hidden entrance that can be closed off or opened to provide breakout areas as required by your event requirements - all with enough natural light streaming through window panes on two sides of this beautiful room!

Bella Private Dining Room

The Bella Private Dining Room is a versatile and dynamic space that can accommodate up to 46 delegates theatre-style or 24 guests in the U-shape. It has access to an outdoor courtyard, making it perfect for any occasion requiring extra amenities!

Wortley

Wortley has a cozy and intimate atmosphere with plenty of natural light. It's the perfect space for executive board meetings, short training sessions or as an area where you can take some time out from your day to relax in peace before getting back on track - there are enough amenities here that any meeting will be productive!

The Yarra Valley Lodge is ideally placed for you to explore both the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges. There are over 80 wineries on the hotel's doorstep.  If you're looking for something a little more active, there are plenty of bushwalks and hiking trails to suit all levels of fitness. You can also take a drive to the popular tourist town of Healesville and visit the wildlife sanctuaries there.

Yarra Valley Lodge is located in the Chirnside Park area, which is famous for attractions such as Cloverlea Estate Rain Garden and Black Springs Park. There are also a lot of golf course clubs near this excellent location for those who love playing golf, such as The Eastern Golf Club, Yering Meadows Golf Club and Croydon Golf Club.
