Went to see Michael Jackson tribute - Legacy tour. The building is extraordinary, there are Gallery, library, theatre, Multi function room & Cafe. The show was awsome & the acoustic of the theatre is state of the art. The building has 2 beautiful feature columns that you can see from the outside. In general, it was memorable experience visiting this venue.
I recently visited Bunjil Place for the first time and was excited to explore the community precinct. However, my experience was marred by poor customer service. Upon arriving, I went to the “Customer Service” desk to ask about the library. After waiting 10-15 minutes, Rodney informed me I was in the wrong area and pointed to a distant sign. His response lacked courtesy, and when I asked about speaking to a councillor, he became irritated and raised his voice. When I asked to speak with a team leader, he ignored me entirely. I then spoke with Trish, who suggested reaching out to the Mayor but dismissed my inquiry about past mayors, completely missing the point. Both staff members were unhelpful and unprofessional, which was frustrating in a community space like Bunjil Place. Fortunately, my experience improved when I visited the library, where Georgia greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness. She even expressed sympathy for my earlier experience, providing the kind of customer service that should be standard across the entire facility. This experience highlights serious inconsistencies in service quality at Bunjil Place. I hope Casey Council takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and professionalism across all staff. The infrastructure is impressive, but the service should reflect the same high standard.
Our citizenship ceremony day was a very memorable moment. Saw this place for the first time, it's so nice to spend time with family and kids. There's a small cafe inside where you can sit and even enjoy the time.
A modern Local Government building, which is a far cry from the old council building. Lovely, clean facilities and cafes as well as great Local Government clerks that ooze with helpfulness. Despite not having made use of all the available facilities, the current feel I experienced from Bunjil Place leaves me with great confidence that any service sought from here will be on, or above par.
What a great venue! Easy parking, a large inviting cafe, stunning architecture, and fun exhibitions for adults and families - currently, Lost Dogs Disco, interactive ball game on huge video screen, dog competition photos and videos. And it's free. Inside is the amazing current art exhibition 'ngaratya'. This exhibition is engaging, powerful and deeply moving. It provides a wonderful insight into a family's history, and their connection to country and to each other. The artworks are fascinating, clever and are displayed beautifully. We enjoyed spending a long and thoughtful time in this marvellous exhibition. Can highly recommend.
