Stayed here after attending a Wedding. There were 3 of us sharing an apartment style room. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was included and was buffet style. Food was great. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again sometime.
We recently were on the lookout for a quick weekend getaway. Found this hotel on Booking.com and had good reviews. We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was amazing and had all the amenities we wanted. It was tidy and comfortable. Staff were helpful too so was the restaurant which operates independently but also caters to the hotel guests. Location is another plus as the Eastland Shopping Center was minutes away. Will definitely recommended this place
We stayed for one night. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, clean and above our expectations. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. The three different staff we delt with on the otherhand were not welcoming or friendly and no guidance as to parking situation or where lifts were. I've worked in hospitality and above everything else your attitude is what leaves an impression the most.
Breakfast — allegedly valued at $25 — was a masterpiece of misery. The scrambled eggs tasted like they’d been conjured from powdered despair, the fruit was the sort of soggy, tinned relic last seen in a 1970s school camp, and the macadamia shards were aged so magnificently they left an off taste lingering longer than a bad prophecy. Coffee arrived via one of those pump-action thermoses — the culinary equivalent of a shrug. My partner tried the bread; it had all the charm and flexibility of an old fence paling. The bacon, a heroic slab of mostly fat, completed the tableau of culinary defeat. Dinner wasn’t to be outdone. My $32 wagyu burger collapsed with all the grace of a stunned pigeon, while my partner’s $56 400 g wagyu rump was apparently the only dish not cooked under duress. The room offered a soothing ambience of road noise, accompanied by an AC unit that functioned with the enthusiasm of a sloth on strike. Opening the sliding door became the only reliable method of climate control — a technique I assume is included in the “premium guest experience”. The highlight — and I use the term like a man describing the least-awful dungeon — was housekeeping entering early while I was on the toilet. Given the bathroom is parked right at the entrance, the whole thing had the subtlety of a surprise royal inspection. Most fitting, considering the ClubX Adult Mega Store across the road; the universe clearly decided to add a live demonstration. To be marginally fair, the room was a decent size, and the king bed was large enough to require its own postcode. Pity all six pillows were so fluffy a tummy sleeper would need a periscope to breathe. The workspace lacked powerpoints, so using a laptop required cable acrobatics worthy of a dodgy stage magician. The TV guide didn’t work, and Google Cast displayed itself proudly before refusing to connect — much like a politician at election time. And then there’s the layout: two sliding doors around the bed and a second TV merely metres from the first. It’s as if someone tried to “modularise” the room using the architectural equivalent of wishful thinking. In summary: a breakfast only a medieval gaoler could love, a dinner with aspirations above its station, a noisy room, an AC that’s purely ornamental, and a surprise performance for housekeeping. An experience so memorable, I shall be trying to forget it immediately.
Just perfect. Can not fault anything. We had a wonderful stay. Loved being able to charge my EV whilst sleeping. Staff were amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend
