I booked through expedia 6 months ago with a discounted rates then called me less than 4 weeks of my booking telling me system error the reservation not available. You just accepted a higher rate bookings to cancel mine. I hope its worth it for your unfair treatment. Manager called the room I booked was already booked 18 months ago! Who accepts booking for that long?! Then my 6 months ago booking is a system error... Please have some integrity. REPLY: please do not blame it on me. Just be fair and honor your bookings. Now attack my character. Who will be happy that you will cancel the booking less than 4 weeks. Put yourself in my situation so you know how I feel. By the way, what you are offering is more than 1 hour travel to the destination I need to be in. Come on, please think about it.

The hotel is centrally located to everything in Ringwood. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing, a big shout out to the lady with the red hair on reception. So friendly and helpful.

I never like to leave someone a bad review if I don't like the place or service I simply won't go there again. But this one was very unexpected. How peaceful you feel when you organize thing well ahead and Management like this at Rydges Ringwood ruins everything. greedy nasty such an unprofessional. I wish I can give them less then 1 star Terrible, never trust this people. Left us in a big mess. We booked this for Nunawading carnival last year. Here are our booking details Subject: Updated Itinerary - Rydges Ringwood, Ringwood, 6 June - 9 June 23 November 2024 at 9:08:19 pm. Today they just rang us and said they have over booked the accommodation, and they are cancelling my accommodation. They said they can refer us somewhere 40mins away from the venues. what is the meaning of over booked?? Don't they have system that can show them that how may rooms they have left to book. I strongly believe they have sold our room to someone for more money. So moral of the story is book at your own risk. You never know they can cancel on you! who care about the guests!!

Very friendly staff and comfortable stay! We have to stay in Rydges for almost 2 weeks due to our apartment renovation. We really feel relaxed after the stay and cleaning staff is also very helpful and considerate! We will definitely choose Rydges anytime!
