The rooms are rather small (which we knew when booking) but there isn’t a single other complaint we could possibly have. The location in South Yarra has countless walkable locations and just a short walk up to the tram/train station. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. The hotel itself is very hip with cool art and a pool table in the basement. The restaurant, the Lona Misa, has excellent food and was a staple for us every morning. They handled all the small details here, a really enjoyable experience.

I had the most amazing stay. The staff were beyond exceptional. The artwork and the design of the hotel was beautiful and unique. The rooms were great! so advanced in technology. The blinds were fantastic, it was still dark in the room when I woke up, even though it was so sunny outside! We had dinner at Lona Misa, the food was exceptional, it was a beautiful experience, the staff here were also incredible. All round friendly staff in the restaurant and hotel. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on! and I am so excited to come back!

Loved this hotel. Great vibe and decor and tech. The only downside is the lack in and onsite gym (they should have explained the alternative at check in) and the vegan only options for room service. Otherwise the location and room decor outweigh that. Also wish they had a loyalty program.

Stayed one night at Ovolo and wish I stayed for more. The decor of the hotel is really cool and puts you in such a great mood! The staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was on the smaller side but really well laid out and was immaculately clean. Unfortunately I didn't find time to spend in the lounge or restaurant but the location near the South Yarra train station and local eateries is perfect. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area.

I stayed here for one night and I wish I had stayed longer. Everything was stunning - the entryway, reception, rooms and amenities. The tech of the hotel was also so handy and easy to use. I especially loved the comfy bed, the black out blinds and the CLEANILINESS. I can't wait to come back.
