Friendly staff. Rooms were being refurbished so there was some noise disturbance a bit too early in the morning. The rooms definitely need that refurbish though. Bed was on its last legs, so was the TV. Surfaces were dusty. Shower head is weirdly placed over a very small bath, so very cramped. Rest of room facilities were fine. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the room - should've been a quarter of the price. Was also disappointed that the spa isn't open at night, as I was spending my days out and about, and had hoped to come back to the spa. The staff member told me to put the keycard into a slot to turn the lights on but that...wasn't even needed? Was given wifi password but didn't need it? Not really a complaint just odd that the staff seem to be operating on an older version of the accommodation?

Very basic but convenient & friendly staff (Annabelle). No extras like water bottle or biscuits etc. Bate over shower Balcony area closes early (7pm) so no access to hot tub, but great view of city from the public Balcony.

Stayed one night in September 2025 in a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and laundry. Big pluses: Fantastic location, and really good value. Gripes: small TV and the furnishings are a little tired.

Great apartments in a pretty convenient spot. Had a 3 night stay here recently for work and they were very helpful. Had an out of office number as I arrived late they were able to give me the code to the lockbox and get my keys. Pretty happy overall. Very quiet and great food options directly across the road and short walks away.

The room was spacious but the mattress was woeful, we nearly sank through it. The couch was a marginally better option. The shower didn't hold temperature. The TV was tiny and half of the buttons on the remote didn't work. The tea and coffee provisions were very minimal. It was clean, and reception staff were nice but overall this was not good value in our experience.
