This was our second time staying at the quest Innaloo. It’s in a great central location handy to food places and shopping. From the friendly, helpful staff, to the nice clean rooms. We love it all. Our last visit my daughter left a beloved toy behind. They found it and posted it to our house. Awesome service! I couldn’t thank them enough 😀. Would absolutely stay again

Recently stayed here with my partner highly would not recommended, we both contracted scabies from one of the rooms, when addressed to staff we were told that it was midgies. When brought up to the staff to ask for a full refund for the emotional distress, Inconvenience and discomfort they told us that it’s not part of their policy, even tho we both had to seek medical help and get prescribed medication. We both have had trouble sleeping and have been sleep deprived since and leaving there with the scabies taking a massive toll on us. I would never stay at this place again one of the worst experiences of my life.

The third time staying at Quest-Innaloo! Exceptional Service, Friendly and Professional Staff (including the Cleaners too!), Clean Rooms and always making me feel welcomed. Requested for an upgrade of room before checking-in and amazingly enough got an upgrade for FREE on my 6 nights stay. Made reservations for Parking prior to checking-in was also a breeze and also required to extend an extra night, with no hassles! One thing I would suggest and recommend is, that it needs more gym equipments i.e- Dumbells and an extra treadmill - PLEASE 😂🫶🏼🫶🏼 I’ll see you all in a couple of Months and EVERYTHING is IMMACULATE!

The reception stuff that work there are some of the best in the industry! They make your stay easy and wonderful. I have stayed frequently and they always welcome me by name from memory as I enter the building. The rooms are always clean, are medium-large and the bed are comfortable. Great location. Close to everything in Innaloo, and Scarborough beach is only 10min drive away. Like all the quests apartment hotel’s there is no restaurants, but there is a lot of food places across the street and down the road. They have a gym, laundry and parking. Over all, a great place for a great price. I’m not saying that everyone’s stay here will be perfect but I do know that the stuff does everything they can to make your stay a great experience.

What a great hotel!! With amazing staff!!! I really enjoyed my week there while on a training trip. Very convenient and friendly. Only the parking sucked that was the only fault.
