Stayed for one night, best place I've stayed in Perth! Very clean! Great affordable price for an executive apartment hotel with a balcony. Has everything we need! Roomy bathroom with big shower. Comfortable bed. Stove top, microwave, cutlery, utensils etc. And extremely friendly reception staff! My friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely and will come again! Across the road is Grilled 🍔 a sushi 🍣 place & 🧋 bubble tea. Less than 1 minute drive to Innaloo shopping centre, spudshed & a host of take away food places🍟🍕. So great location! They have a Wilson parking there with dedicated bays. ☺️ Very happy customers
Stayed for 2 nights in a One Bedroom Apartment. Whilst the check in process was seamless, the room was spacious, and check in staff were friendly. There are a few concerns I’d like to raise regarding the room I was staying in - Room 206A. 1. Upon heading out for the night on my arrival, I noticed my room door wasn’t closing all the way and therefore not locking and posing a major security risk. Fortunately, when I stay in hotels, I check the door has closed properly and locked before leaving. But others may not be the same and walk away expecting it to close and lock automatically. 2. The in-room Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent and came to the point of unusable that I was best off hot spotting my phone to get online with my laptop and tablet. Expect better in 2025 and if there are several guests in the hotel. 3. The TV in the lounge area of the apartment was occasionally restarting several times every few minutes. 4. There was no remote for the TV in the bedroom. Thankfully, I discovered the remote from the lounge worked on the bedroom TV too, which was fine for a solo traveller. But would be an inconvenience if more than one person was in the room and both wanted to watch different shows. 5. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room at all on my second night (Saturday). I had my Do Not Disturb sign on my door in the morning, so I could sleep in. But when I went out later in the afternoon and evening, I took the sign off. But came back to find the room exactly how I left it. If housekeeping only go round once a day, I think they should check rooms that have their Do Not Disturb signs on later on to see if the sign is still there. I hope my 5 concerns listed above get addressed ASAP as I feel most of them apply specifically to the room I was staying in and wouldn’t like other guests having the same experience as myself.
The Wi-Fi problems here make this not a great place for any form of work. The rooms weren’t the cleanest but quite large with a kitchenette and living room space. Just unfortunately for a business perspective it’s not a viable option due to internet issues. The location is strong next to Stirling Station and there is parking for a fee inside which is great. The staff are good too.
Great stay, quiet , clean and well equipped for cooking. Theres also multiple food choices available within walking distance of apartment.
Clean, contemporary self contained apartments in an area close to the freeway, train and buses. The Quest apartment we had included hotplates, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, WiFi, very good lighting, TV, etc. We were unable to get Fox Sport or other Fox channels. Undercover parking is available, for a fee. There isn't a restaurant or bar in the hotel, but there are restaurants, cafes and a bar all within a very short walk.
