Art Room

Hire our warehouse-style art room for your next event! This industrial-style venue is perfect to host any type of occasion. The whitewashed walls, exposed steel beams and concrete flooring create the ideal blank canvas while its street frontage allows food trucks or beverage stalls (even bouncy castles!) to position themselves adjacent if needed - no matter what kind you're looking at serving up. The Art Room leads onto a veranda and enclosed garden. It has a 150-seated or 200-standing capacity.

The Barn, Kitchen & Courtyard

With its whitewashed walls, terracotta flooring and high ceilings with exposed metal beams, this warehouse-style barn is the perfect blank canvas to create your own unique event. The barn opens onto a large courtyard surrounded by established gardens, rustic buildings and local graffiti art. The space also includes an adjacent commercial kitchen for hassle-free catering.

It has an indoor capacity of 150 seated, 200 standing, while the full area capacity is 500 people.

Community Room

The Community Room is the perfect space for small social events, catering prep and cooking classes. With both commercial kitchen equipment as well tables with chairs there will be no shortage of room or options! You can even take some time out in our home garden if it suits your needs - we're sure everyone who visits will enjoy its beautiful scenery too. The space can fit 30 people.

Perth City Farm is a vibrant, urban farm that provides space and opportunities for people of all ages to build community connections and educates and enables people to live sustainably. So, aside from providing black canvas venues for your next workshop or parties, they operate on a half-hectare site as a vibrant community-orientated platform committed to education about sustainable living practices from growing vegetables through composting or making your own recycled goods!
