Great location right by the Story Bridge. The room is spacious for a family of three. Although the hotel shows its age and the pool was quite cold (perhaps because it’s undercover), the exceptional service more than made up for it. The check-in process at reception was warm and professional. What impressed me most was the staff's responsiveness; every time I requested something via the mobile messenger, they delivered it almost instantly. I also shared some minor feedback, and the hotel went above and beyond by providing a handwritten note and thoughtful amenities. It made me feel truly valued and well-cared for as a guest.

Had a great experience with Front Desk. Karan booked us in and i told him that I was there for our 51st anniversary. Headed to my room and it was beautiful and spacious Just getting ready to settle in and a knock on the door brought my wife a bottle of iced champaign and a beautiful cake and a card that wished us a happy 51st. We had breakfast the next morning and the food was scrumptious. Our waitress was so cordial and friendly. She kept us in coffee and kept checking on us. Wait that's not all the server named Simonpeter was helpful and friendly kept our table cleaned up and was a great conversationalist. One more thing the hot tub worked. We have been to so many motel/hotel that says they have a got tub and it didn't work. But the pool, hot tub, and changing area were beautiful and clean. The hot tub worked!

Stayed here on our wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. Very relaxed, the staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely want to make your stay as wooding as possible. Front of house staff are excellent and quick to respond to requests. Made it extra special as we received a welcome glass of bubbles on check in, a free bottle of sparking and a dessert as a gift for our anniversary. Buffet breakfast was well stocked and had plenty of variety, enjoyed that very much. Thanks very much for a great night out Marriott Brisbane!

We have been staying at the Brisbane Marriott for our Christmas catch-up for the past 5 years. We truly love it. Service is always outstanding and we are welcomed back with warmth and wonderful hospitality. Spotless rooms, great coffee in the Lobby and we enjoy the buffet breakfast and the pool after a huge night (or two this year). Well done to all the team. Merry Christmas 🎄

Everything was beautiful and perfect! Amazing location walking distance to many restaurants along the river and Queen Street shopping mall. The staff were exceptional, the king room with bridge view was stunning, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious, my daughters really loved the fresh juice maker! The entire place was in very clean and very good condition. I really don't understand where the bad reviews in google are coming from?
