Thanks to the team at Hotel Indigo for a lovely 4 night stay for the NRL Magic Round! Special shout out to Foxy at reception - warm, welcoming, funny and just a wonderful human :) The check in process was quick and easy - they even had both our rooms ready for check-in 5hrs early! The staff from the reception, to the restaurant and house keeping were all super friendly and extremely professional. We loved the modern decor and it has some nice amenities (i.e. a small gym, working spaces, the restaurant and bar, etc...). The location was great - about a 20min Uber from the Airport and we got around the city center on foot - didn't feel the need to use public transport or taxis/Ubers. There are plenty of cafes and eateries near by - but I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel! If I'm ever back in Brisbane, I'd happily stay here again!

We loved our stay at the hotel for a number of reasons but the staff were the number 1 reason. Everyone was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. It is a boutique style hotel so does not have all of the offerings of a larger chain hotel but that can be a good thing. The room is well laid out and there is some clever design to maximise the space. The bed is firm but not hard and lovely linen and fluffy towels. Shower pressure is good but not great and there isnt a coffee machine in the room but there is a kettle. Breakfast was included for us and it was very good and we also ate at the hotel in the evening and really enjoyed it. The pool is located at the neighbouring Voco hotel and its small but its a pool if you want it. The parking - it isnt at the hotel but it is manageable and we had a discount as part of a luxury escapes package so it was well priced for CBD. I would recommend checking in and leaving your bags at the hotel before proceeding to the car park and the reverse when leaving. Its a little clunky but perfectly doable. We would return.

The parking and extra costs ruined the stay. 35 dollars a night offsite parking 5 minute walk, with no safe access unless between 9-5. Anything after hours or weekends you have to walk up a dangerous ramp that has oncoming traffic. Hotel staff informed me was the only way in dispite and to ignore the no pedestrian access signage, I had to walk 5 minutes to the parking then up a dangerous ramp with a toddler. On top of that I payed 100 hold, which I was informed at check in my parking fee would just be taken from the hold, but when checking out got asked to pay parking again. Would not stay again due to the unsafe parking.

Unfortunately had one of the corner rooms 527 with door opening into a wall... smallest of windows, dark and actually dusty. Room needed a deep clean. Fold down desk was filthy. As did hallway skirting boards to be honest. Disappointing as it was not the Indigo experience I have experienced in the past. Staff were lovely and the location can't be faulted... great bagels next door at bagel boy and easy 15 min walk to Convention Centre and most good restaurants in the CBD.

I checked out yesterday and had a wonderful stay here. Check in was so easy and made flawless by Inma. My flight was over two hours delayed so when I arrived, it was still too early for check-in but I was shattered. Inma was amazing by taking my luggage so once my room was ready, it was delivered upstairs for me and she gave me a voucher for a complimentary drink for me to catch up on some work whilst I waited for my room to made up. She was so emphatic and overall made what can be a very tiresome experience, really relaxing and welcoming. I was only here for a few days and the room was gorgeous, spacious and had a wonderful design element. Super clean too. I’ll definitely stay here again next time in Brisbane. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel so far.
