Firstly, Josh (manager) was outstandingly patient and an all round good guy! Thank you for accommodating my group changes. I appreciate what you did for us. Secondly, the food and service from Kim was amazing. Kim was fantastic with great personality and hospitality. We ordered a few small plates to share which came out quickly. We also ordered the 1kg picanha and steak frites which were both cooked to a perfect med rare. Lina was a great experience and I can see why it would get busy in summer. The location, view, service and the atmosphere was great.

We booked gold firepit experience. Incredible ambience, the city lights, pool, fire all stunning. I had expected a bit more from food and service though. Worth it for the vibes and photos alone... Service wise. Not great. Scheduled at 7.30, weren't seated until after 7.40, and I had to go find them again and ask, when they said "oh yeah table IS ready". Once seated the first 4 dishes came very quickly within 10min. We then waited over an hour until 9pm for mains. It was meant to be a 2hr booking finishing 9:30pm but they didnt serve dessert until 9:55pm. The servers were all very rushes and mumbling or confused if we spoke to them (like when we asked for another fork).... Food wise. Average. Menu sounded great, but the provolone solidified into a lump within a minute, the quail was right out of a kfc bucket, the ribs were flavourless and 90% chewy fat (ribs should be cooked with either high quality fat for flavour OR alot of seasoning. These were not seasoned, but the fat wasn't quality to make up for it). The potatoes were 80% cheese. Tirimisu was dry. The smores were impossible to cook (melt marshmellows) over the flames without burning our hands. There was not a single dish we wanted to (or did) finish other than the bread. Unfortunately the only dishes I really enjoyed were the beignets and honestly the lettuce which was refreshing break from the dense cheese. There were 5 of us. 1 vegetarian. and although the package states they dont cater to dietaries, they brought out a cauliflower dish for her at mains time when we also had the 5 ribs. Only 4 quails came out during entrees which was fine but it was an hour until she got any food other than bread and a little cheese. Overall, lovely experience because of cocktails and company and vibe, but for the price, if there is a next time might just stick to ordering off the menu.

Great location to chill. Would recommend parking and south bank and just a quick walk up through street. Went durning the week and didn't need to reserve a table, but would suggest this is recommended. Food was good was really wanting a steak but they only do these in certain nights

We had the banquet here and it was absolutely delicious! The portions were perfect and every dish was so yummy. The views were incredible and really made the whole experience even more special. Overall, the service was okay, but one of the female waitresses was especially accommodating and really looked after us, which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend for the food and atmosphere!
Miss Universe Australia
Last week we hosted our QLD Miss Universe Australia State Final, and from start to finish it was nothing but amazing. The venue is the perfect backdrop for any event (we even managed perfect weather!), and the staff were great to work alongside - nothing was ever an issue and they made it run so seamless. We would recommend Lina Rooftop time and time again, and hope to be back next year!
