Checked in today early and I was given a room upgrade which was fantastic service. The King room is outstanding with a good size smart tv and all the extras. The Front desk service was outstanding. Thanks to Kristian ( I hope I got the spelling correct ) after a pretty ordinary flight he got me sorted and to my room super quick. Great hotel and a easy walk to DFO and a quick taxi to the Airports. 🙏 Thanks

Stayed here on our last night looking for a little luxury. Expectations were pretty high as we had been budget travelling to that point. While we were not disappointed we were also not overwhelmed. Food was good, service was efficient, rooms were comfortable. I guess we expected something more for the money spent and hidden costs such as parking a bit of a surprise.

Checking seamless and reception helpful but couldn't arrange for a late checkout as we had a midnight flight. They did store the cases though and again were helpful. Think they are missing an opportunity here for collecting extra funds as we would have paid an extra $100 to keep the room from 12 noon to 6pm. Nevertheless we will be booking again. For an airport hotel this is very acceptable.

This hotel is very noisy if you are in any of the rooms above the foyer. Really some need to have some acoustics works done, you can hear people talking to reception from your room and if there are kids or louder individuals in the foyer or the halls to the rooms you get a cacophony of sound. I've also experienced a great deal of difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone for enquires to reception or room service. During one of my recent stays, I physically had to go to the restaurant to order room service, thinking about it, it is probably because they had to silence the phones so as not to disturb the guests. Bringing me back to my previous point. Do some work on the acoustics, turning off the phone ringer so no one can hear it is not a solution!

The reception staff was exceptional and were absolutely delighted seeing our young children. Every single one of them tried to give us a drawing book for the kids. At first, one of them checked us in and when we got there housekeeping still hadn't cleaned the room yet. So Emily from reception scrambled and got us another room. An hour or so later Nikki called me apologising profusely and gave us drink vouchers as compensation. In all honesty, I really didn't give it too much thought as it was just a simple mistake. It certainly was a delightful but entirely unexpected surprise. The location is perfect. There is a DFO five minutes walk away with a food court. There's a free shuttle bus that takes you to the airport - the ride is about 15 minutes, give or take. The restaurant downstairs in the lobby is good for an easy buffet breakfast. There is a pool on level five. The gym has a treadmill, stationary bike, yoga mat, and some free weights up to 17kg(?). The room was clean, the towels were presented nicely, and the tv greeted you by name on the home page. It was a comfortable stay.
