I had a fantastic stay at Sofitel Brisbane Central. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. It immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience. The elevators are quick and plentiful, which makes getting around the hotel super convenient — especially during busy times. The breakfast area is spacious and well laid out. While the selection is generous, it does tend to be the same options each day, so a little more variety would make it even better. The common areas are beautifully designed with plenty of comfortable seating and great bar spaces to unwind. Club Millésime is absolutely worth the upgrade — the afternoon drinks and canapés were excellent and really elevated the experience. The outdoor pool area is a lovely spot to relax, and the rooftop gym is awesome with great facilities and views. Overall, a wonderful stay in a prime location. I’d definitely return!

Surprised us with a welcome drink for my wife’s birthday, the only slight blemish was when checking in as we didnt think the receptionist was overly friendly and didn’t advise where the lifts were, where the restaurant was or give us our parking ticket back! Contrast to Jayme on checkout who was fantastic! However the rest of the stay was awesome, comfortable bed, clean room, beautiful body lotion, enjoyable breakfast, amazing beef sliders and a great steak! We will be back!

We have stayed here a few times in the past couple of years and it’s always excellent. Lovely, warm service from reception to the bar to the restaurant. The valet parking is so handy in the city, we have the car parked then walk or uber everywhere. Lovely cocktails and easy food in the bar is our favourite way to start a long weekend. Lovely clean rooms and always such comfortable bed. The pool area was clean and the pool lounges were comfortable and more than enough for the number of people there.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It located just above the train station so it is easy to access as well as to get to where ever you need to go from there. The breakfast buffet is really good and the staff are super nice. My only complaint is that the bar menu is a bit overpriced and the cheeses are not worth it as it's just a piece of cheese and 1 piece of bread for like $20. It tastes nice but wasn't worth the price.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. I received an upgrade for my room and a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival. Wow - never had that before! I was also attending a conference in the hotel and the facilities were great. Also super close within walking distance to premium shopping and dining options. The room and bed were really comfortable and I had a great view from my window. Thank you!
