The Westin Brisbane is an amazing place for a coffee meeting, breakfast, lunch, or especially Friday afternoons after 5pm when they serve oysters for just $2 each. I come here often for business meetings in Brisbane and, honestly, it feels like my second home. The ground-floor café and bar on Mary Street is open from early morning until late at night. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is professional yet relaxed. What really sets this place apart is the team. Rob, Danny, Ming, Jake, Sophie, Caio, Odette, Danielle and Louisa always provide exceptional service and make every visit enjoyable. A special mention to Kelvin, the General Manager. He always makes guests feel genuinely welcome. I’ve even seen him during peak periods clearing tables and helping the team on the floor, which says a lot about his leadership. And the breakfast? Outstanding. The portions are generous, the quality is excellent, and the bacon is absolutely to die for. If you’re looking for a place to meet clients, catch up with colleagues, or simply enjoy great food, coffee and service in Brisbane, The Westin Brisbane is hard to beat.

Great location and service was excellent. Sam, pool bartender was great and offered complementary fruit skewers. Danny was our other pool bartender and was also great. Breakfast was exceptional, staff were attentive and friendly. Being a Titanium member we had club access and free breakfast. Club lounge was good, pretty busy but we always had a seat. I recommend the Westin.

Just wanted to mention one of your staff members who was very good. We were lucky to have Piyaporn served us at the coffee shop. Nothing was an issue and while we were there I noticed how all then guests were attended to by Piyaporn. All got great service. Very rare to see these days. Piyaporn should be complimented for great service.

The concierge team welcomed me warmly and took care of my luggage right away. During check-in, the staff made me feel valued as a member, showing great hospitality. The room was a bit on the smaller side, the bed was so comfortable. The pool area has a very trendy design with a connection to the pool bar. It was quite busy when I visited, but the atmosphere was fantastic. Breakfast was fresh, and the staff were helpful and polite. I also want to mention the bar staff were so kind served us with genuine smiles. With the exception of a disappointing encounter with the Duty Manager, it was a fantastic experience overall.

Once again had a great stay at The Westin Brisbane. The pool area is the best in Brisbane and you can't beat the location. Huge shoutout to Faye at the front desk, she is incredibly friendly, very helpful and made check-in a breeze. Staff like her make all the difference! Highly recommend for a relaxing city getaway. Can't wait to come back
