The Westin Brisbane is an amazing place for a coffee meeting, breakfast, lunch, or especially Friday afternoons after 5pm when they serve oysters for just $2 each. I come here often for business meetings in Brisbane and, honestly, it feels like my second home. The ground-floor café and bar on Mary Street is open from early morning until late at night. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is professional yet relaxed. What really sets this place apart is the team. Rob, Danny, Ming, Jake, Sophie, Caio, Odette, Danielle and Louisa always provide exceptional service and make every visit enjoyable. A special mention to Kelvin, the General Manager. He always makes guests feel genuinely welcome. I’ve even seen him during peak periods clearing tables and helping the team on the floor, which says a lot about his leadership. And the breakfast? Outstanding. The portions are generous, the quality is excellent, and the bacon is absolutely to die for. If you’re looking for a place to meet clients, catch up with colleagues, or simply enjoy great food, coffee and service in Brisbane, The Westin Brisbane is hard to beat.

The concierge team welcomed me warmly and took care of my luggage right away. During check-in, the staff made me feel valued as a member, showing great hospitality. The room was a bit on the smaller side, the bed was so comfortable. The pool area has a very trendy design with a connection to the pool bar. It was quite busy when I visited, but the atmosphere was fantastic. Breakfast was fresh, and the staff were helpful and polite. I also want to mention the bar staff were so kind served us with genuine smiles. With the exception of a disappointing encounter with the Duty Manager, it was a fantastic experience overall.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The most fabulous part was the staff everyone was so nice and kind. Special thanks to Jess(Jessnice?) for helping me with check-in. She was amazing and made me feel very welcome. I really appreciated that. The cleanliness was excellent, and the location is great, right in the middle of the city. The gym is small but definitely usable. I was slightly disappointed with the housekeeping service, as it felt a bit slow, but overall it was a very beautiful and lovely stay.

I stayed at this hotel in Brisbane with my partner several months ago, and everything about the experience was excellent. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, including offering us an upgrade. When I decided to extend my stay, it was just as easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights was brunch each morning, where we were warmly greeted by Corey, whose friendly and attentive service really stood out. The facilities were fantastic, the pool was great, and the staff overall were exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

The hotel itself is stunning, with a relaxing atmosphere and high quality facilities that made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Everything felt well thought-out and comfortable.
