[Special Commendations for Exceptional Staff] I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the following team members who went above and beyond: Mr. Joseph (Manager): I would like to say a huge thank you to him. When I was panicked after losing my mobile phone, he stayed calm and comforted me. He even went as far as calling the transportation card company to help me track it down. His proactive and caring support was a lifesaver. Ms. Calais (Dining Team): Every time I had breakfast, she greeted me with such kindness and ensured I had a comfortable dining experience. Her consistent hospitality made every morning pleasant. Ms. Simran (Manager): Thank you for the meticulous pre-arrival coordination. Everything was perfectly arranged. The Guest Experience Team: The touching handwritten letter and lovely welcome amenities made me feel truly celebrated. Everything was absolutely amazing. The most fabulous part was the staff everyone was so nice and kind. Special thanks to Jess(Jessnice?) for helping me with check-in. She was amazing and made me feel very welcome. I really appreciated that. The cleanliness was excellent, and the location is great, right in the middle of the city. The gym is small but definitely usable. I was slightly disappointed with the housekeeping service, as it felt a bit slow, but overall it was a very beautiful and lovely stay.

Great place to stay. Everything's is clean and luxury just amazing. However, the best experience was Luoise and Rose at the pool bar. Those girls were smashing it on a Sunday before Aussie Day public holiday alone and they did not go stress. They just keep working. They were always smiling. Honestly, those girls deserve a pay rise! 🫶🏼

Have stayed at many hotels and many Westins, and this is a good one. The facility including club lounge, pool and gym are all very solid. Very walkable location to lots of great shops and restaurants. But what sets it apart is the service. The entire team was very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful any time we needed something. Would highly recommend! Note: It’s a downtown location, so there is a lot going on in the area and some construction around, so if you need absolute peace and quiet I’d probably look in a different area.

- Service people very nice and pleasant - Service delivery below expectations - Awful food served lukewarm and in the club room - below the minimum temperature required by the health standard - Bar snacks like chips (fries) are expensive and expect a 30 minute delay - Bar drinks a much shorter delay (5-15 mins when it is uncrowded) because the staff seem to focus on cleaning rather than serving - Apparently the club room all day snacks means gluten free biscuits - If you purchased a breakfast package, be prepared for an interrogation interview at the door by the resident guards - Comcast tv consistently required a reset by hotel staff, resulting in a 15-30 minute interface delay if you want to watch TV - Room phone only worked sometimes - The whole place is freezing - not sure what is going on but bring a coat for when you are in the common accommodation foyers. I think the thermostat in our room was not sensing the temperature Overall, very nice people, but I cannot recommend
