Reviews for Peppers Beach Club & Spa

Now this is ‘the place’ a must to visit and stay. Just imagine sitting by a tropical lagoon pool with beach, sun lounges, longe tunes and an awesome pool bar. This is my heaven! The vibe is vacation, relaxation and excitement all in one. Located directly opposite the beach in the most relaxing tropical vibe town. The staff are super friendly, and make you feel right at home. This is our 3rd visit to this property. We booked the spa penthouse suites looking over the main lagoon pool, the rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the soap products smell nice. Out of all the places I have visited around the world this one is high on my favourites list because of the lagoon pool, It’s also another awesome Accor property. I am super keen to come back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Peppers Beach Club & Spa, Palm Cove. From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxed, welcoming, and effortlessly luxurious. The resort is beautifully laid out, with lush tropical gardens, stunning pools, and that calm Palm Cove vibe that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed and waking up to the tropical surroundings and the gentle rhythm of the resort was pure bliss. The location is perfect right across from the beach and within walking distance to cafés and restaurants, yet still private and peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. The pool areas were a standout: serene, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. On the first couple of nights we had an issue with loud frogs keeping us awake. The staff were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to help, ensuring we were moved to a room where we couldn’t hear them. The way they handled it promptly, kindly, and without hesitation genuinely made us feel looked after. The team throughout the resort were warm, friendly, and accommodating, which elevated the entire experience.

We stayed for 10 days and given the price were expecting a premium experience with high quality facilities. We had two adjoining rooms and both were very dated and needed a deep clean. Floors clearly not deep cleaned for a considerable period and the couch in the living area heavily stained - to the point I was not comfortable sitting on it. Furniture in the restaurant the same, many stains and a lack of general cleanliness. Disappointing arrival with signage not clearly marking building carpark entrances. We had to carry our own bags to our room - second floor and no lift. Restaurant not open for dinner two nights a week, no room service, no coordinated activities. Trying to stream via the TV’s is an absolute nightmare. Had someone come to the room to sort out only to say the problem was we weren’t on the “premium” package of Netflix (which was not the case). We gave up in the end. General maintenance not to the level it should be anywhere, particularly along the boundary of the property with broken fences, trolleys of rubbish or washing to be collected -> this is the view we experienced upon arrival, when we finally found where to park our car. Having checked reviews over the last few months it is clear all of the above has previously been raised with the standard response of taking feedback into future planning obviously not having any impact. The experience would be described as 3-4 star at best and I consider overpriced.

We stayed at peppers for a 4 night stay. Surprised that there is no lift . We were on the 3rd level (5 flights stairs) Breakfast was average at $40 pp. Restaurant closed for the week for dinner. No coffee Room service in morning but a coffee pod machine provided. Pool Bar was 5 star service . Great cocktails. HAPPY HOUR 4 TO 5PM Matthias being very knowledgeable with his drinks. Being an accor plus member there were no accor hotels open for dinner. Being an inconvenience.

We love coming to the beach club and we recognise this resort as our go to for a switch off holiday.. most of the facilities were amazing however it was quite irritating having leaves and bugs stick to us in the pool water while we were socialising and enjoying cocktails. I understand that the wind can easily blow anything at anytime into the water but if there is an opportunity to up the pool cleanliness, it would make the place perfect, from my perspective.
