I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Temple. The pool was magnificent and clean. Rooms were clean but a little dated. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good, but we did not eat dinner there. The menu was limited and we found much better alternatives in Port Douglas. However what stood out was the friendliness of every staff member we interacted with! We felt like valued guests. Overall I thought the Sea Temple provided a great experience at a reasonable price.

Staff members were friendly and accomodating to requests! Breakfast had a big selection of items and seating was ample, would recommend the breakfast. My partner and I really enjoyed the relaxing environment of the resort. Lagoon was big and clean! Room spa however was not the cleanest but had great facilities within them. The location is quiet from the town centre.

My Husband and I loved our time at The Pullman. We were celebrating an anniversary and was our first child free holiday in a long time. The resort is very nice, quiet and tidy and only a 5 minute drive to the main area of town. We received some bubbles in our room to celebrate our anniversary and also had our room upgraded to a penthouse with a spa and rooftop area with our own private area to relax. The pool area was really nice with us spending most of our time here and at the pool bar. It did take quite a while for the food to come from the pool bar and it was cold when it got to us and the cocktails are quite expensive when it’s not happy hour but they were delicious. The pool area was very kid friendly as well as the private rooftop area of our room. We will definitely be back with our kids!

We had a fantastic weekend away for my partners’ birthday. Everything was exceptional, and our stay was made even better by Gina - customer service - who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The facilities are lovely, the staff are so helpful and the location is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat to anyone visiting Port Douglas. Thank you again for an amazing weekend

I am currently staying at Sea Temple Resort Port Douglas and, unfortunately, the overall cleanliness is well below the standard I would expect from a resort of this positioning and price point. The accommodation feels tired and in need of a thorough, deep clean. Surfaces, fixtures, and general areas all appear as though they haven’t had a proper wash or refresh in quite some time. It’s not one isolated issue, but rather an overall lack of attention to cleanliness that detracts from the experience. Sea Temple has the potential to be a fantastic resort given its location and layout, but at present it simply doesn’t feel clean or well-maintained enough to justify expectations that come with staying here. A comprehensive clean and better ongoing housekeeping standards are genuinely needed to bring it up to the level guests would reasonably expect.
