Parking at this venue is not the greatest and can be quite difficult, especially during busy events. Inside, the arena layout is good and easy to navigate, which I appreciate.
Unfortunately, my seat was broken and not very comfortable for the duration of the game. The air-conditioning worked well at first, but it seemed to be switched off before the game ended, which made things uncomfortable.
I’ve been here a couple of times before for Disney on Ice, and once during a Dragons vs Bulldogs game—parking on that day was an absolute nightmare.
On a positive note, I did enjoy the cheeseburger I bought before the game. It was a bit overpriced, but that’s to be expected at venues like this.

The sound system was excellent, making for an enjoyable experience. Checking in was smooth and hassle-free. There was plenty of legroom, which added to the comfort. However, the women’s restroom could use an extra toilet and better lighting. Overall, the toilets felt outdated and in need of a refresh.
Located on level 2 of the western grandstand along the touchline of the field of play, the Winners Room provides direct views onto the field of play.
The Winners Room can accommodate a number of room configurations, and is great for groups of up to 300 guests.
