Hidden upstairs on Church street this place is a super find. Absolutely gorgeous decor, fabulous menu and outstanding cocktail selection. Staff are delightful and very happy to assist, mindful of food issues and quick to suggest options. Absolutely excellent. The walls lined with every fabulous beverage you can imagine look sensational and add to the relaxed luxe feel. Great for lunch or dinner - the pizzas are delicious and all side and sharing plates are too notch. Can't fault it!! Even the loo is pleasant 😁

sydneysider occasionally coming to Melbourne and never missing a brunch/ cocktail evening session in flour child. One Of my fav spots. The food is outstanding ( am Italian) and love the pinsa as well as the cheese and cured meat selection. The staff is so friendly and welcoming ( Siofra thanks for the great service today!) Great value, yummy cocktails, great music and vibe.

Had a great lunchtime experience at Flour Child. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual catch-up. The food was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour — you can tell quality ingredients are a focus. Service was friendly and efficient without being over the top. Overall, a really enjoyable spot for lunch and definitely worth a return visit.

My friend and I came on the 29th as a last minute place to have late dinner and drinks after a really long day at work… the staff were SO kind and accommodating at fitting us in so late and last minute. We also made a mistake in ordering our food from the QR code and they were so professional, understanding and accommodating…. 10/10 service aside…. The food that came was UNREAL! Anything from the menu is delicious. And of course the vibes of good music, warm nights and good views were great. I couldn’t recommend this place more and I hope the manager/owner knows how great their staff are. We can’t wait to come back!!

The place is quite fancy looking, but the menu is reasonably priced and generous servings too! I was dining alone so I made the mistake of ordering two dishes; had to pack them for takeaway because I couldn't finish them 😅😆
