A wonderful way to celebrate Mum’s birthday. The place was very clean with absolutely nothing to fault. There was nothing to complain about at all. Check-in and check-out were easy, the location is perfect, and the room design is extremely practical. The colour scheme and overall design were very impressive. I highly recommend it

Check in was a breeze, especially being met by staff who helpfully advised us where to leave our car while we checked in. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was excellent and we had two peaceful nights sleep. Location is amazing with the CBD just outside the front doors. Blossom Rooftop Bar had amazing cocktails and pizzas. Eva's for breakfast didn't disappoint. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is very centrally located, with friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. We paid to upgrade to a king-size bedroom, and it was absolutely the best decision—well worth it for the extra comfort.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in a recent visit to Melbourne to explore, and attend the Australian Open for the first time ever. Pleasant staff, great location and value for money. Comfortable bedding as well. Thanks also for the complimentary treats, with an added minibar item in exchange for no housekeeping. That worked out so well. All the staff do care here. Thank you so much.

The hotel is really nice and in a good location with many things to do around. The rooms were good and clean. Although the breakfast was absolute HORROR, the buffet has about 4 options 5 if you’re lucky and the food is complete mid. The only good thing was probably the cheese, and the menu that had like 4 options thats were overpriced, bland and dry AND the staff working at the breakfast place were kinda giving rude and judgemental. As soon as I checked in and found myself a seat this dude comes over and asked “have you guys even checked in 🙄” and this girl was juts so unwelcoming and looked like she didn’t wanna do her job. Overall made us feel really unwelcome and treated us as if we were people who didnet have basic functions 😭😭😭 so I would say hotel is good but pls guys don’t go anywhere near that restaurant, its like throwing away your money and pls fix your breakfast situation and juts be kind and spread the love .
