We were so pleased with our recent stay at your establishment. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was immaculately clean and surprisingly spacious. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the peaceful ambiance throughout our visit. The service provided by the staff was consistently polite and efficient. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a delightful experience with a varied and delicious menu. We appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and relaxing getaway.

We stayed at Quay West Suites on Sunday night. It had been a while since our last stay, but returning to the same warmth and hospitality was an absolute comfort. From booking to check out time , Jackie, Malcolm and James, as always, were so welcoming and kind. The same goes for the lovely staff at the buffet breakfast. Even though they are very busy, they always take the time to make sure it was a great way to start the day. I was hoping to stay again soon after Christmas, but the room type I need is full , as they are always busy make sure you book in advance if you want to stay, or you’ll miss out. The location, the food, the rooms, the atmosphere, and in particular the staff are all five-star. Thanks, as always, for taking such good care of us.

Staff were warm, helpful and our rooms on the 22nd floor had spectacular views Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the hot spa and heated magnesium pool. Not a huge issue but there was a faint odor of cigarettes when walking into living room but maybe there was a smoker previously as ashtray was outside. This location is MAGIC ! Right on the river with panoramic views of the city and river action. Walk ability is perfect for checking out the city sights.

We had the most amazing stay at Quay West Suites for our 15 year anniversary. Our apartment was super clean, spacious, with a gorgeous view. We had breakfast included, which was delicious with many choices st the buffet. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. We loved every minute of our week long stay and highly recommend this hotel, with a beautiful location.

With a mix of residents and guests it felt like a family run hotel, very welcoming. Every staff member seemed happy to be there and service was great throughout the stay. Daily service and breakfast are two inclusions which are becoming quite rare. Great to get those. I booked a one bedroom apartment which had everything I needed. Already cancelled another hotel to stay there again next week.
