Our stay at The Langham Melbourne was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the wonderful bell team and staff, who made us feel like valued guests from the very beginning. The room was absolutely stunning, elegant, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, making for one of the best night's sleeps we've had in a hotel. The evening turndown service was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the luxury experience. The food was delicious, and every interaction with the staff reflected true five-star service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every detail was executed flawlessly. We honestly haven't stopped talking about our stay with family and friends since returning home. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can confidently say The Langham will be our hotel of choice every time we visit Melbourne. We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. A truly faultless experience, we can't wait to come back!

I've stayed at many 5 star hotels around Melbourne and The Langham is by far the best. Exceptional service, fantastic value with the Club Langham package, easy and stress free valet parking, delicious breakfast, beautiful rooms and facilities, a great gym, fantastic pool... flawless. Stayed for my partner's 40th birthday and a cake was waiting in the room upon arrival with champagne, balloons and decorations. Sensational.

My girlfriend and I stayed at The Langham Melbourne for our anniversary and I can undoubtedly say this is the best hotel in Melbourne. All the staff here are friendly and considerate, and put in extra effort to make your stay more memorable. This was exemplified with the Happy Anniversary cupcake that was left in our room after we had only mentioned the occasion once to the staff member who checked us in. The rooms were spotless and in excellent condition, there were endless movie choices for only $10 add on. Our room service was prompt and up to an excellent standard. Finally, the buffet breakfast was outstanding. There are options for anyone, including a make your own juice station, hot and cold food, pastries and freshly made omelettes and poached eggs. I couldn’t recommend a stay here more highly!

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Vi whose warm hospitality made each morning even more enjoyable. Chef Vi greeted us every day with the friendliest smile and such genuine kindness that it truly brightened our mornings. It’s the little personal touches like this that make a stay unforgettable. we had a great say over two nights. The staff absolutely go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. The food is always magnificent, and they have reasonable drinks packages to complement the meal. Location is terrific because it’s so close to the city and easy to get around. The room was very comfortable, but maybe a little dated. But they’ve thought of all the little touches, which make it a very pleasant stay. The only thing I was a bit surprised about was the old school TV experience. You can’t use your own streaming services in the room, back to the old days of paying for hotel movies if you have to see one. Overall the staff made it a fantastic weekend and I would recommend the hotel.
